«We found this cute little house very quiet and private and perfect for our overnight stay. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen seemed to have everything we would have normally needed. It was cold when we arrived but the heaters took no time at all to get things cosy and comfortable. Our mountain bike riding teens used the hose and bike rack for a post-ride clean up and the washer and dryer came in handy with supplied washing powder too.An easy drive to Derby for mountain biking ...

One of the things I was most nervous about coming to Launceston in autumn was that I would be very cold but this accommodation had excellent heating and I was toasty warm inside. «Check in was easy and the house was spotless- everything one would need for a stay and as it was a wet day the heating being turned on ahead of our arrival was very welcome. Whilst there was no fencing for a puppy Nelson was quite happy to wander around and thoroughly enjoyed the area.Michelle was a wonderful host. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the view when we arrived (Rain) but when itcleared was amazing. Annout of the way place with heaps of charm.»
