«We truly loved our stay in the schoolhouse guesthouse!! The farm property with the 18th century home, outbuildings, cattle and neighborhood for walking, afforded us time for truly enjoying our time together. The decor of Mary Ann and Dan’s guesthouse had wonderful historic elements, with warm colors and great seating and areas for relaxing. «Absolutely loved our stay at Unicorn Hollow. So peaceful. Clean and had everything you needed. Loved the horses and Guiseppe (the donkey) along with the deer and alpacas. Can stroll about the property. Anna and Pino were wonderful to meet. »

«My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. «We were celebrating my wife's birthday and wanted a unique experience. A Bed and Breakfast in Warrenton was our first choice. The furnishings were very nice and enhanced our stay. This is a big plus! On the negative side: (1) Access into the B&B should have been identified as being difficult to navigate due to the number of steps and how steep they were.
