«Unfortunately we were not able to stay at the property as we had a cancellation of an event. Preston was ready for us though with the property clean and ready to go before check in. Communication was great and he was very understanding and is providing us a credit for a night’s stay as long it’s in the next 6 months, which is more than fair. We look forward to an upcoming stay.»

«I am a very clean and picky person. I bring lysol wipes with me everywhere I go and rewash dishes. But, this was one CLEAN house. Blew my expectations out of the water in many ways. My one and only complaint was dust in the vents but that is only due to an allergy. This house is absolutely adorable and in the perfect location. «Great location , just as described on site , everything you need in home . Comfy beds , great showers , very clean and comfy home . We came to go to Cedar point it’s just a few miles right down road , we also went to Pro Football hall of fame which was just an hour half drive from this home . Lots a good places to eat close by to , highly recommend Barra Tacos :) beautiful sunrises and sunsets at this property . We will stay here again for sure when we come back to this area .»

«We wanted a summer getaway and this was a perfect place to stay since we didn’t plan to stay inside. It is small but not uncomfortable small. Futon was comfortable as was the bed. «Everything at the house worked out very well for us. Everything was extremely well-kept and complete. «We accepted the fact that we booked this condo with nothing to do on this island. This particular condo was janky. The overall layout and view at this building is great. I paid a hefty cleaning fee to stay here too. The entire space smelled like undiluted cleaner when we walked in. But oddly, nothing was clean. «This place was in a nice community, but the house was a dump. It was difficult to find and not very clean. There was a hole in the shower surround, the bikes were rusted, and there was a window and door that were obviously almost broken, upon arrival. The owners will charge you an arm and a leg if you don't take the trash out, place the used sheets on the floor, put dishes away, etc. We will not be staying at this vrbo again, but will be returning to Middle Bass Island.»
