«This is truly a nice hotel, we got the "Luxury Lake View Double King" room and its fantastic. The view is nice, the beds super comfy. Huge bathroom, I mean its ridiculous - our shower is probably bigger than the elevator. The service of the staff was excellent. (WiFi is fast as well)»

«We got this hotel so we could spend the night before going to Cedar Point. This hotel was a fifteen minute drive from the park and had lots of food options nearby. «Room was disgusting, staff was very rude. Entire place smelt like cigarette smoke because the staff stands in the front entrance smoking all day and night. Staff loading up breakfast used bare hands to touch food. Room was dirty, had chips all over the carpet, had to have it cleaned. Bathroom had hair in all the corners and behind the toilet. No proper bedding just multiple flat sheets on both beds. Pool and pool deck had so much hair everywhere.»
