Apartment 'Birkethof - Studio' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The studio is our smallest unit at approx. 37 m². It has a combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom, a hallway, a separate kitchen and a terrace. Ideal for couples with or without a small child.



The studio has modern, high-quality furnishings. Amenities include underfloor heating, a heated towel rail and bathtub in the bathroom, a separate entrance and a private terrace with garden furniture, accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen has a 4-ring hob, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Look forward to a relaxing break.



The apartment can be combined with the adjoining 2-room apartment “Teichblick” or the “Gartenblick” holiday apartment. The latter is also on the ground floor, has 2 single rooms and is ideal for accompanying teenagers. You are also welcome to use the garden with its outdoor furniture and seat cushions. A small barbecue with accessories is provided (unavailable when weather conditions increase the risk of forest fires).



We operate in harmony with nature, with climate-resilient, eco-friendly practices, and support “Slow Travel”. We provide a list of places to shop for local and organic products. If you need availability not shown on the calendar, it is worth contacting the landlord directly.



Note for parents: There is an unfenced pond at the eastern edge of the property. For stays of 1 week or more, an interim clean of the rented apartment, including a change of bathroom and kitchen linens, is mandatory and included in the rental price.
