«The house and backyard was a lovely little getaway from the city and very close to the Indiana Dunes National/State Park. Spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying the backyard, bird feeders, and listening to the owls beyond the train tracks. The firepit and gazebo made it enjoyable, even as it rained. The house itself was clean and has everything you needed. Highly recommend.»

«Very nice location in Michigan City, IN, just a short boardwalk stroll to the Lake Michigan beach. We live in central Missouri and only had a 6-hr drive. Spent good portion of a day and did some hiking at Indiana Dunes National Park, which was less than 20 minutes away. Spent another day taking in the 44th Annual Popcorn Festival in Valparaiso IN, which was very enjoyable. Also went up the Michigan shoreline to New Buffalo, St Joseph and Benton Harbor to some nice beaches and restaurants. Very ...

«Everything was exactly as presented...but better! And amenities...forget the hotel market! There were toiletries, toothbrushes, snacks...even plentiful outlets with a power strip at each bedside! Thanks for a great stay! Short drive to eateries, shopping, beach. PERFECT!!!»

«The house has some character (in a good way). Nice ambiance with some added lights. VERY comfy master bed. The fire pit propane was empty, but the owner was extremely responsive and brought us a new one in short order. The only downside was the proximity to the railroad, which had trains coming every 15-20min at some points.. wasn’t terrible, but a minor nuisance. Overall the stay was great.»

«We very much enjoyed out stay at your beautiful house!! Very comfortable, cozy and relaxing. The perfect place for friends to reunite! The only issues we had were with the thermostat and the tv remote. Both of which were minor and may have been operator error. Oh, and there were discrepancies between the check out instructions on the fridge and the email sent the day prior to leaving. Thank you and we hope to get to come stay at your home again.»

«Super cute cabin with space for us to all spread out! Loved the screened in porch! Our only concern/issue was the water. It unfortunately has some sort of sulfur/iron? content, that needs to be resolved. It leaves an orange/rust color on you and your things. We were able to buy drinking water, so that was fine.»
