Her kommer du rett inn på «badet», men ellers ok
Helt ok hotell, men savnet en spisesal med servering av frokost (ikke inkludert). I tillegg var det litt spesielt at man fikk følelsen av å gå rett inn på badet når man kom inn på rommet. «Gangen» inneholdt nemlig først og fremst av en stor vask, med inngang til toalett og et dusjavlukke. Ellers helt ok rom.

Dårligere service skal du lete lenge etter. Har aldri opplevde gjennomført dårlig service på alle nivå på et hotell. Fra innsjekk, restaurant, resepsjon, utsjekk og transport til flyplassen. Alle var bare sure. Når sjefen for resepsjonen spør ved utsjekk om oppholdet har vært bra og kunden svarer nei og han bare ser på deg som om kunden er dum da er det ikke håp da. Utover dette var rommene lekre og sengene gode. Det er veldig lytt mellom rommene og du hører mye flytrafikk. Frokosten var ikke spesielt god heller.

This location has a serious problem with organization. We were several people waiting in the lobby upon registration with one staff on the phone and the other answering one person. A third tokk a long time to realize we were there. And at the restaurant, staff prefferred play with their phone than to look after their "guests" which I did not felt at all welcomed.

Yet another hotel that complained about booking thru Expedia vs direct. They couldn’t find the reservation and it took forever to check in. I love the convenience of booking thru Expedia but it puts you on the bottom of the hotels list and you get treated like crap.

Look, the place is nice. Any other time, I’m sure I would leave a good review. But from 2:30 in the morning until 7:30 in the morning, the fire alarm went off every 45 minutes. You get a pre-recorded message BLARING, I mean jolting you awake at 2:30 in the morning….”ATTENTION! YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE. A fire has been reported in the building!!!” Luckily, there was no fire. But this happened every 45 minutes for 5 hours. I got no sleep. I’m exhausted and ticked off. Saw other people in the lobby who also looked like zombies because nobody could sleep.

The evening desk staff was unnecessarily rude. We needed the airport shuttle and she was rude about the fact that it wouldn’t pick us up from the airport for more than an hour—1 hour and 15 minutes. The hotel was 10 minutes away. We booked it for the convenience of the shuttle to/from airport. We would not have booked this hotel otherwise. VERY misleading on website! The lack of availability required the extra expense of an Uber to/from airport. Not worth it! I’ve used other Miami airport hotels that were less expensive and way more hospitable! 👎
