Ikke nok for pengene dessverre
4 dagers opphold familieferie. Rent og pent, god komfort, fantastisk beliggenhet. Men service var et godt stykke under snitt i de fleste avdelingene. Lite eller ingen interesse for gjestene i mange av avdelingene unntatt renhold og spa. Spa var dessverre ekstremt dyrt. Ekstrakostnader og tilleggskostnader på absolutt alt inkludert kaffe og tennisballer og vann. I arkaden virket bare halvparten av maskinene. Balkongene var ekstremt små selv i junior-suitene. Vi kommer derfor ikke til å reise tilbake til dette hotellet selv om beliggenheten var fantastisk.

this was my worst experience, the room was not very clean, it was not convenient to go to the beach, there were never seats in the pool, but most importantly, I waited for the elevator for 20-30 minutes to go down, that was a surprise.

During my stay in the room, I encountered unexpected difficulties - the door locks were malfunctioning, which hindered free exit from the premises. In addition, insufficient functionality of plumbing equipment was noted in the adjacent room, in particular, the toilet was not operating properly. This resort hotel is very nice. The staff is awesome. They make helping you or accommodating your needs seem effortless. I felt it was odd to have valet without choice at first, and then to see how nice it was to have your car on demand as needed.

This hotel was nothing special other than the staff. The staff are so kind and welcoming! The room could use a lot of updating. Out balcony door lock was broken and there was what looked like mold growing around the carpet by the balcony door. The bathroom needs a full remodel. Dining options around the hotel are very bad. We ended up Ubering down the road 5 miles to Hollywood everyday after the first day. We would not stay here again. It’s for the itsy ritzy but it’s not even that fancy?

Hotel was nice, I would not rate it five star. Dining in the restaurant was sad. I paid 35 dollars for a small chicken breast, no sides came with it but I was able to have a buffet salad. 40 dollars for parking each day is way too high. Pool was nice and clean. Paid 85 dollars for 2 cheese burgers and 2 margaritas. Crazy high prices. I would not go there again.

The property needs updating. Especially some of the bathrooms are old, ceilings are a bit cracked, and mold. The dining room the carpet was dirty. The service at the front desk was not nice. However, housekeeping was very very helpful at all times. Also, the beach was dirty. They did not clean it. Daly and the pool was filthy.

The hotel itself is a little bit outdated and it wasn’t as clean as we expected but the room was super big, nice view and the staff are very helpful and very friendly. The pool was amazing and the beach is beautiful, we will be going back in the future for sure.

Everything from our check in to check out was top notch. Food was fantastic, staff and service high caliber. The only reason I rated 4 stars on property is that one of the elevators was not working, which made high traffic times - check in/check out very difficult to get to and from your room or other areas in the resort. Otherwise everything else was great!

We stayed at this hotel for a spring break trip with 3 kids under the age of 7. We selected this hotel primarily because of its pools. On the third day of our seven night stay, we were notified that the main pool and all of the hot tubs would be closed for the next 2 days for “emergency maintenance”. The notification mentioned that there would be entertainment for kids by the smaller pool. The pool ended up being closed for the final 3 days of our stay (basically half of our trip). There was no entertainment provided for kids. As a family with kids who love pools and hot tubs, this hotel was a complete disappointment. The staff seemed to not care about the inconvenience this caused our family either.

The elevators were terribly slow, and congested. My wife thought I was goofing off at the bar or something like that because the elevator took so dang long. So I had to wait forever to catch the elevator down from the room because we left my daughters swim goggles, then I spent an equally long amount of time getting professionally berated and a world class stink eye.

We had a beautiful stay at the Trump International Resort!!! Such a gorgeous building inside and out, the staff was very friendly and kind, the only thing I would say I would change is have the option for parking instead of only valet. The valet is very convenient, but we like to come and go quite often during the day, and it can get a little expensive tipping the Valet! other than that the stay was a solid 10 out of 10 ! We will return!
We had a king suite with a full kitchenette , the room was massive and so wonderful! With beautiful ocean side views!☀️

Everything was excellent except for the elevators. At times there were only two working and they were always packed. Had to wait 10 minutes to get in.
