Koselig liten hotell. Hotelet er fra 1939. Ligger Mitt på Miami beach. Du kan leie en sykel rundt forbi. Sykle til sør point og se på cruise som forlater Miami. Vi hadde stort fint rom i andre etg. Stort bad. Gode senger. Frokosten var ok. Vi bodde på Marlin en natt etter cruise i karibien før hjemme reise. Legg merke til ekstra gebyrer hotelet tar. Ca. 500kr ekstra til selve prisen på hotell.com. Miami har blitt veldig dyrt, maten hvor det er stort turist pågang er elendig og dyrt. Men Miami er gøy uansett. 😁

Miami i Art Deco distriktet
Vi hadde et flott opphold på The Marlin Hotel. Kjekt med et historisk sus i veggene, og så var det veldig fint der. Vi booket først et Premium Studio rom, men det var alt for lite for oss i 7 netter, så vi oppgraderte til Deluxe rom etter 2 netter . Det var perfekt, stor seng, mer gulvplass og sofa. Frokosten er ikke så spennende, men du får det viktigste og du blir mett. Helt ok for oss. Veldig god service fra de ansatte. De var behjelpelige med det vi lurte på og trengte. Savnet solsenger fra hotellet. Koster utrolig mye å leie dette på stranda om du ikke vil ligge i sanden. Men alt i alt et fint opphold.

Flott hotell.
Veldig fint hotell nærme til strand og utesteder. Utrolig store og kule rom. Bedre egnet for par enn barnefamilier.

Store rom, bra renhold og hyggelig personale. Grei lokasjon i forhold til strand, shopping og restauranter. Styr unna frokosten - greit, men lite utvalg til høy pris. Over gaten og til høyre får du full engelsk frokost til halv prisen. Kommer gjerne igjen!

Fint hotell. Rent, Nærme stranda og midt i sentrum. Eneste minuset, er at rommene er veldig små.

Great hotel close to the beach
Lovely room with a nice ocean-themed decor. The aircon was great, and you need that in Miami! Location is very close to the beach and lots of good restaurants. The hotel provides you with beach towels, which is a good bonus. As many other hotels in Miami Beach this one is ‘inside’ a restaurant/bar, but noise was not an issue.

The staff at the desk was not very friendly unless I instigated a conversation. The Girls at the desk were more interested in there phones. Very unprofessional. The Girl that Ran the Restaurant was Awesome very engaging.

Our stay at the Marlin Hotel was awesome! The location is perfect, close to the beach and a ton of restaurants which is very convenient. The hotel room was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would change for next time is to ask for a room away from the main door on the first floor as it was constantly being slammed shut which made it quite loud in the mornings for us. Other than that, I have no complaints and I will definitely be returning to stay here in the future! Thank you to the staff for all their help!

I bought the travel package through Expedia. When we got to the hotel we found out that there is an additional mandatory charges per day would be added in addition to my total package deal. This was a surprise to me as this extra charge was not mentioned anywhere on the Expedia booking site.

Great location - one block from Ocean Drive - we went to The Versace Mansion 3 blocks away for dinner - a must see and the cost was the same as any other restaurant in the vicinity- took the hop on hop off one day which was so so but did give us a lay of the land - great trip over all

Property was centrally located in South Beach. Only disappointment was breakfast was not available in restaurant. Also, restaurant operated independently from hotel, so meals couldn't be charged to your room.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect, the rooms are nice and they provide chairs and umbrella for the beach. They changed a few things this year, including the restaurant on site. It looks very nice but we did not have the chance to try it. They no longer offer breakfast- it would be nice to have that option. As to the staff, some are very welcoming and helpful but one was exceptionally rude. She seemed very bothered- does not match the rest of the staff. Everything else was great.

We spent 5 days at the Marlin and our stay was great. We loved how easy it was to walk to the Lincoln Mall for shopping and the variety of dining options in and around the hotel. Its just a block from the beach and the hotel provides umbrellas, towels, and beach chairs, which is super convenient. We found out during our stay that breakfast is no longer included, however with the amenity cost, I think the hotel could consider reducing that fee or including a breakfast coupon to a restaurant on Ocean Drive to make it more convenient and appealing for guests to fork out that fee. All in all, we loved our stay, we would come again, and we would recommend the Marlin as well.

We loved the location so close to shopping and the beach. We loved the art deco neighbourhood as well. Service was great and included beach chairs and umbrellas.

This is a small boutique hotel located 1 block from the beach. The rooms are excellent. They are not serving breakfast at the moment but you are not without options close by

I cant say enough amazing thongs about The Marlin. We were greeted with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is clean, the room was great, the bed was comfortable and its in a perfect location. The restaurant downstairs has the coolest staff. They were so fun, we ended up eating there more than we thought. Franco and Dani took really good care of us and the bartender was super nice. We will definitely be back. Thank you for mak8ng iur time in Miami a memorable one!

My partner and I had a really great time staying at the Marlin. Everything was super seamless during our stay. The front desk staff were super considerate and helpful. The deluxe suite room exceeded our expectations! Some of the sheets were stained but service to get new towels & bathroom toiletries was great. Would recommend to stay here for anyone looking for a convenient location close to the beach.

Nice place, very friendly and accommodating staff. Close to beach, dining and shops. Only issue preventing excellent review is our air conditioner failed, and we were in high heat and humidity for a number of hours while they tried to fix (which to their credit, they were quick to try). They could not fix and we were directed to pack up and move to a (smaller) room. To their credit they did provide a discount. And to be honest, the room was fine, although a downgrade from our original. Given staff responses, they handled it as best they could, and we appreciated the efforts and compensation. Restaurant associated with hotel was good, not great; but offered convenience for some decent food (We had a lunch and dinner there).

I used the reviews to choose this hotel of the many in Miami Beach, particularly cleanliness. The reviews didnt do the cleanliness justice, its was spotless honestly. All of the staff are wonderful. It is quaint, well appointed and very comfortable. Fab location. Nothing to fault. I will be back asap.
