Ikke bra! Overpriset, møkkete og dårlig service
Renhold var svært dårlig. Så dårlig at vi måtte bytte rom 2 ganger. Det lå glasskår på badet som vi tråkket på. Rommet var alt for lite for 2 personer. Det var konstant bråk i gangene på kvelden. Dette er et hotell som legger opp til fester. Du kan ikke bruke badebassenget etter 12, for da er det pool party med berusede ungdom. Svært dårlig og frekk service. Styr unna!!!

Overpriced Instagram hotel
The staff is friendly, but they seem more eager to be friendly and cool than to actually fix things for us. We were promised three times that they would bring an iron and ironing board to the room, but we never got it. After calling room service twice I even had to go down to the reception when it was only 15minutes left to our dinner reservation. Still we never got it even though all of those I talked to promised it would be brought up. The steamer in the room didn’t work either. We had the NYE dinner at Strawberry Moon and it was mediocre at best, and to a price of 450 dollars for two people it was just not worth it. The amount of food was also way too much, which we saw other guests also struggling with. From a sustainability perspective it’s really bad to throw away that amount of food. We don’t go to restaurants to eat only 30% of the food served. I can’t stress enough the negative impact this behaviour has on the environment. The hotel looks best on pictures and is unfortunately overpriced for what you actually get. Great location, but that is about it.

Fint hotell, absolutt «Instagram verdig», hyggelig betjening. Eneste minus er at det er mye eventer og festing og 21 år aldersgrense ved bassenget fra fredag til søndag.

SECURITY BREACH ALERT !!! Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights this week. Hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. However, a stranger came into my room at 2.14 AM (while I was sleeping). I was shocked, confused and nervous as I was traveling solo. Keep in mind, I even had the dead bolt turned down. Despite of that, he was able to enter my room. I was attending a conference at this hotel, and had to wake up early but sadly couldn't sleep well because of dealing with this security breach incident. I was uncomfortable and felt extremely unsafe for the remainder of my stay. Hotel simply acknowledged the situation and poorly explained a report they printed. Front desk staff was extremely rude and simply didn't care. I paid almost $800 for my stay. No compensation was offered to me, merely an apology!

Everything was great until i rented a bike from Zybra since the hotel gave me two hours for free. I went to a café with the bike parked it outside and someone stole it. The company is now charging me $800 for the bike and no one is willing to help dispute the charge. Very disappointed that i am being punished while on vacation for someone stealing a bike and having to pay more that i payed for my stay at the hotel for a few minutes bike ride.

Pros: the common areas of this hotel are nice, and the hotel is well located. Cons: We booked a king room which was advertised as 400sqft- this was majorly inaccurate. Our king room barely had enough room to walk around and lay suitcases. It was a cabin. We were moved to another room calling out the size of the first room, and were moved to another king (accessible) room. Definitely bigger, however extremely subpar, shower was not clean- hair in the drain, grimy and not stocked with basic items like a shower cap. If you stay here, do not have any expectations for the rooms- made our stay unpleasant. Thank you to Yara for trying to accommodate as best as she could, but again, the hotel rooms are incorrectly advertised and the rooms are not well maintained and feel dirty.

Staff wasn’t much eager to help, asked for room cleaning many times but no one came for 2 days. Room amenities- shampoo, body wash are of very cheap quality, hair got damaged. Rooms are very tiny. Location is good tho. Elevators are pre fast lol.

Love the Goodtime hotel! There was a party at the pool when I showed up and guests had access. Always a great place to stay and a great value. Rooms are small but the property makes up for it.

Service left much to be be desired. Every single request went unfulfilled. I waited hours for a blanket the first night. I had to collect items from the Front desk on several occasions because it took too long to be delivered. They just kept apologizing nonchalantly and promising someone would soon come. I just checked out and I requested an iron 40 minutes ago. I had to get one from the room attendant in the hallway. When I mentioned at checkout not to worry about the iron the receptionist said “oh it never came?”. Nice property. Go if you want to party and service doesn’t matter. They seem to be understaffed. They were nice enough just ineffective and unapologetic.

Los espacios comunes del hotel estan muy bien (biblioteca, terrazas, piscina, lobby, hall). Las habitaciones son pequeñas, con gran ventanal y mucha luz natural. El cuarto de baño amplio y comodo. Necesita mejorar el sistema de limpieza de habitaciones, no es diario y repasan muy rapido la habitacion sin llegar a barrer. Traiamos arena de la playa que estuvo en el suelo todos los días que nos alojamos ahí.

We LOVED The Goodtime Hotel!!! We will for sure be going back!!! All the staff were nice, and friendly. We did have an issue getting towels one day, the front desk was so awesome, but it didn’t translate to getting our towels until the next day. But the rest of the experience was so awesome we didn’t even care!!! We rented a daybed at the Strawberry Moon pool party and had a blast!!! We loved the location, walkable to everything South Beach has to offer!!! Rooms are small but cool, we had a great view from the 6th floor too!!!

Underwhelming
The hotel staff is nice, but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The pool loungers were disgusting and in need of new covers. The room was exceptionally small, and we have traveled large cities and internationally so small rooms don’t bother us. This one was beyond cramped. There was only 1 small garbage can in the bathroom. The bed was super hard. We won’t stay here again.

This hotel was in an excellent location to all that South Beach has to offer! We self-parked around the corner for $20 per 24-hour period, which was much cheaper than the valet option at hotel. The difference is that the hotel valet gives in-out privileges while the self-park garage does not. But for our needs, the self-park option worked out great. We did not dine at the hotel, other than visiting the third floor cafe one time. My daughter was hungry so she picked up a cup with yogurt and granola (it had 3 berries on top). No price on it. She opened it as I went to ask for the price, so automatically, I knew we were buying it. Turns out that yogurt was $18 - That is outrageous. Overall, I loved the hotel's location, but wouldn't go back. There are so many hotels to choose from. The pool was nice, but too warm, and it definitely is geared towards adults. The pools are also smaller than they seem in the photos. But my biggest issue had to do with how small the rooms are. It was just my pre-teen and me in the room, but I felt really cramped. I knew that it was small ahead of time, but I couldn't really understand what that meant until I got there.

Have a Goodtime at The Goodtime Hotel.
This was my first time staying here and the hotel is very beautiful from the inside to the outside landscaping. Love that the staff greeted me with some Prosecco at check-in. It smells utterly amazing and was a very cozy stay. Would highly recommend staying and would love to come back.
