• No smoking of any kind inside the unit (tobacco, cannabis, or drugs). A $300 penalty + additional cleaning fee will apply
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM – please respect neighbors
• Only registered guests are allowed in the unit

Care of the Property
• Please avoid moving furniture
• Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required after checkout
• A deep cleaning fee may apply if the unit is left in poor condition

Building & Amenities
• Guests must follow all building rules and policies
• Amenities (pool, gym, etc.) are managed by the building and may have restricted hours
• Valet parking available 24/7 through a third-party provider (paid directly; rates may vary)

Check-in & Access
• Self check-in via secure door code provided before arrival
• A building key fob is provided for amenities and elevator access
• Lost or unreturned fob: $100 replacement fee

• Guests may be required to provide government-issued ID at check-in
