Building Access (FOB Key)

An electronic key (FOB) is required to access all building amenities, including the main entrance, elevators, pool, beach access, and gym.
• Cost: $30 (for up to 2 adults)
• Payment: Debit or credit card only at the registration office
For your ultimate comfort and peace of mind, a dedicated apartment manager, fluent in both English and Spanish, will be at your service throughout your stay. She will personally oversee your check-in and check-out, and is always available to assist with any questions or special requests, ensuring a seamless and effortless experience from arrival to departure. Her professional credentials will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.
This premium check-in and check-out service is included as part of the cleaning fees, providing you with a truly effortless start and end to your vacation.

Beach Amenities

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach with payment handled by the Registration Office. Guests are also welcome to use the complimentary beach equipment provided in the apartment closet. Beach towels are included for your convenience.

Laundry Facilities

Two washers and two dryers are available for guest use on each building floor,
conveniently located near the elevators.
A laundry card with approximately $5 credit is provided for your use. We kindly ask that you leave the card in the apartment with a similar balance as a courtesy to next guests.
If the card is lost or not returned, a replacement fee of $7 may apply.

Parking

Parking is managed by the building administration and must be paid directly at the registration office using a debit or credit card (cash is not accepted).
Daily Rates:
• $7 per entry/exit during daytime
• $10 per entry/exit during nighttime
Weekly Rates:
• 1–7 days: $100
• 8–14 days: $125
• 15–21 days: $150
• 22–31 days: $175
A $20 cash deposit (refundable at departure) is required for the parking tag. If departing before 9:00 AM, the tag must be returned the day prior by 5:00 PM. Please note, the parking tag is not required to exit, as the gate opens automatically.
