I would love to rate this hotel a good 5 star but the cleaning service and having roaches run around our bedroom and kitchen was not it for me. Over all we had an amazing view and had easy access to the beach and back.

I love boutique hotels because they're intimate and more like home. The staff at Sole made me feel totally welcome from start to finish. Anything I needed was at my fingertips or delivered to my door promptly and with a smile, even late at night. The location is perfect for being in the Sunny Isles or nearby areas.

The hotel is very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful with information. Anil was great with checking in process! Sole is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants in the area. Overlooks ocean and intercostals. We were there for a week and enjoyed every minute. The hotel's amenities are good, with steam room, sauna, gym and gourmet restaurant ( BALEENkitchen) and easily assessable beach. While its cleanliness and the staff's attentive service garner praise, I would like to give a special thank to Juan Carlos, the manager! He made sure we would have the best time and upgraded our room! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a peaceful retreat, location,and great service!!!!

This was our first time at Sole hotel, but we have stayed in sunny aisle many times before. Location is amazing right across the street there a lot of restaurants and shops. Facility of the beach was very nice. And the pool was actually is not as small as it looks on the picture. Room was renovated nice balcony. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

This is a review based off my first experience in Miami/Sunny Isles. That being said, I had an amazing view of the ocean. Being right there on the beach was amazing. It is north of Miami Beach, so if you’re looking for that, it might not be quite what you expect. Not much nightlife close by (walking distance). The restaurant inside is okay. Overpriced, for average food in my opinion. However, the friendliness of the staff was very much appreciated! As far as the accommodations, I didn’t venture too much into it. They are a resort with “all inclusive”. But based off what I got, seemed like all services were available, but you’re paying for it on top of the stay. Just be mindful when you book. My guess is I didn’t actually get an all inclusive stay. So it made it a little bit of a downer with some of the additional expenses. That being said, I would go back! Great staff! Great view. I’m sure there’s better, but this was an amazing experience for me all in all.

I like the staff, excellent and kind. I did not like to pay for my amazon divery. It shouldn’t be that I paid so much for the room and service and I am charged for extra package from Amazon. It doesn’t make sence and appears very cheap to me. Disappointing but the staff could not help, mor their policy. Sole shoukd really reconsider this
