Dårlig hotell ift prisen!
Meget dårlig. Hadde såkalt suite, men det var dårlige greier. Skiftet suite da den første luktet vondt, og store glipper mellom dør og dørkarm! Den andre hadde en stor stue/kjøkken, men nesten et mikro soverom. Fikk åpnet døren bare halvveis før den gikk i senga. Suiten var dårlig utstyrt, og renholdet var ikke bra under oppholdet. Bassengområdet var stort sett skyggelagt, mye pga altfor mye bambustrær. Kun 4 solsenger i bassengområdet til suitene! 2 basseng/solområder tilhørende hotellet. Trange og ukomfortable, veldig små basseng! I tillegg en knøttliten heis som gikk utrolig sakte. Lydisolering var fraværende, mye støy fra heis og naborommene. Dette er et hotell jeg absolutt ikke anbefaler, et meget dårlig hotell til en altfor høy pris. I nærområdet var det mange uteliggere og rusede personer, lite trivelig. De benyttet seg også av sittegrupper utenfor hotellet, noe man skulle tro var ment for hotellets gjester. Totalvurdering; elendig!

Disgusting shower!
I was happy with the area and most of the employees, but unfortunately the room was not up the the standard I expected for the price, and the room was very dirty on my arrival. In particular the shower head was absolutely disgusting (see picture), so I had to clean the bathroom with soap and towels myself before using it. I talked to the reception about this, but was told to come back when the manager was their, but I was not able to come back at that time. I have also send them en e-mail and message about this, but not received any answer.

The property itself was nice and quiet. The only problem I had with the property is that we stayed in one building and there were no ice machine which means you had to walk back across the street to get ice but other than that, I’ll go there again.

I was so happy with my experience at Riviera Suites! Rosy greeted me and checked me in, and she was there when I checked out as well. She truly couldn’t have been more kind and professional. I also met Dan, the general manager, upon my arrival, who made me feel welcome and that my experience was going to be great. The staff at the bar were also so courteous and friendly. My room was so clean and the decor was so nice, and, most importantly, the bed was so comfy! I also loved their rooftop pool, which was a great place to hang out after going to the beach. I will be staying here again when I come back to Miami Beach!

My husband and I stayed here the night before boarding for a cruise and we would definitely stay here again. Staff was very kind and helpful!! When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready so they instantly gave us an upgraded room!! They were very welcoming and helped us with all our needs for our stay. We hung out at the pool on the ground during the day since it had more shade and such pretty greenery! The restaurant on site had excellent coffee and good food. There is a cvs within walking distance too! We went there several times! The beach is within walking distance as well! ❤️ Excellent place to stay.

outlets coming out of the walls. lights flickering not working & very dim. floor balcony has lights pointing into the window all night. you can hear every single noise, people moving upstairs and yelling in the courtyard. there's a restaurant 5 feet away, they play loud music until 11pm. the toilet kept making a very loud noise all night. no breakfast and no parking, all for a supposed 4-star hotel??? for it being THIS expensive it isn't worth it at all. they don't even want to give us a refund even though we got insurance for our stay and checked out a night early. totally terrible

For the price it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The tv was old. The room was so small that you could hardly place two luggages. The bathroom was so small that the sink has to be outside. No coffee maker, no microwave and worst still no bottled water. I will not recommend anyone to this property.

Read this carefully and do not stay here!! This hotel is NOT as advertised. 1. We found roaches (multiple - dead & alive throughout our 3 day stay). The staff promised us to clean but they reused the same linens and did not offer us any compensation or a new room. It was absolutely disgusting and we ended up showering / getting ready elsewhere. 2. Amenities - there's nothing in the room except towels. Nothing in our mini fridge, the sink is OUTSIDE the bathroom, the rooms are actually not that spacious - etc. 3. Rooms smelled of mildew, no security on premises, barely any lighting in the room. The pictures you see are outdated. Save yourself the hassle and do not read the 'good reviews' they are not real. Spend a little more money and stay elsewhere. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Seul désagrément pour nous, la caution prise au départ ne nous a toujours pas été remboursée après 1 mois au lieu des 3 jours convenus

No way this property is a 4 star hotel. Everything is old, wet and dingy. The room door doesn’t lock properly upon leaving so you have to waste your time trying to get it locked. I am not sure whose brilliant idea it was so place the sink in the room instead of the bathroom. The gentleman in the reception area is extremely awkward. There are two pools, I checked out one of them. There was a bar but it wasn’t open at all so you are literally at the pool with no drink/food.

I had a fantastic experience at Rivera South Beach! The front desk staff Rossy,Jose and Livia were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The only suggestion I'd offer is to improve the lighting in the living room area. While the lamps provided cozy ambiance, additional lighting would be great for makeup application. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Arrived at the property at 10:40am and had to wait up to 3:00pm and ended up not checking in as had to rush to the airport for a flight . It’s was quite an inconvenience. Wasted my $178.00am.

Confirmation email from Expedia said ALL fees had been paid. Arrived at hotel and they refused to put me in a room until I paid an additional $140 in addition to a $100 deposit. Staff was very rude. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority. Mold and mildew everywhere. Toilet was running and made an ungodly noise that woke me up every 20 minutes or so. Took two nights to get me in a new room. New room had the wrong shower curtain so water ran out from underneath all over the bathroom floor. Room didn’t even have a trash can. Fridge battery worked. No microwave. Just an overall horrible experience. Will never book there again.

Livia and Rossy welcomed us like Queens. Our room was amazing with an amazing balcony and two super comfortable beds. The hotel is ideally located at walking distance of pretty much anything in Miami Beach.

I would give a higher rating but the hotel policy of not holding luggage is a deal-breaker for me. I take lots of cruises out of Miami and it is very inconvenient to check out at 11am and have to drag my luggage around for hours before I can board the ship.
