Flyplasshotell
Benyttet hotellet kun for gjennomreise i Miami. Fint at de hadde transport til flyplassen. Dårlig amerikansk frokost (søtt og hvitt). Men to gode gatekjøkkenvogner utenfor rettet opp det. Så bestill uten frokost.

Bruker dette hotellet ved inn- og utreise Miami Int flyplass. Ligger kun 5min fra bilutleie sentralen på flyplassen. Helt greit hotell for korte opphold, og veldig service minded betjening.

It was easy to get from airport to hotel via shuttle. There was only a few places to eat nearby and we tried to enjoy time outside but the noise level was too much.

I had to cancel 2 reservations: 2 days before my first reservation on 04/2324 I had to go to the hospital emergency and an ultrasound found a blood clot in my left leg. The next day, 04/22/24 I called Red Roof and told them the doctors told me I couldn’t fly because of the clot. The hotel referred me to EXPEDIA and I told them I was warned to cancel or die on a plane. Expedía said I did not have a refundable reservation and I would not be able to have my money refunded because this was a low fee reservation. On both reservations both Red Roof and Expedía had ample time to cancel and refund my money especially as the 2nd reservation was some 19 days in advance of my arrival date of 05/09/24. I am dismayed about this and I know the hotel had in both cases ample time to fill those rooms…Emmett Kirksey, 1(510)495-4123.

Me gusto las atenciones del personal, iba a llegar mas tarde del horario de check in, y al conversar con ellos me dijeron que podía llegar cuando quisiera sin problemas si tenia una reserva. Al llegar nos recibieron muy amables, nos informaron del horario del desayuno y usar la tarjeta para el parqueo. IMPORTANTE: se debe pagar $11 por utilizar el parqueo, al parecer no me fijé de ese detalle, pero solo lo menciono para que lo tengan en cuenta. Las habitaciones y las areas comunes, muy limpias y ordenadas. El desayuno fue variado dentro de las opciones de continental ( cereales, leche, guineo, diferentes tipos de panes y bizcochos, café y cremora y jugos de máquina) incluso comparando con otros lugares, me pareció excelente ( solo agregaría una proteína, como el huevo). Solo duramos una noche, pero entiendo que para lo que buscábamos y lo que esperaba, nos fue bastante bien. Lo recomiendo si buscas algo céntrico para dormir. ( si tienes temas con los ruidos es posible que escuches los aviones ya que esta muy cerca del aeropuerto). El aire estuvo bien, las habitaciones sin olor a cigarros, y la tv funcionaba. Tiene microondas y neverita, plancha que funcionan bien. El ascensor es limpio y moderno. Los pasillos se ven limpios. Y es grande el hotel.

It’s okay for a quick overnight to catch a flight. We had to switch rooms as the first one wouldn’t unlock. The desk clerk said, “That happens sometimes.” Our new room looked like they had made an attempt to install a new sink but the faucet was completely loose. We couldn’t take advantage of the airport shuttle as our flight was late, but it’s nice that they offer that. Breakfast was your typical cheap hotel caloric breakfast bit was crowded and chaotic. Again, overall it was okay for a quick stay but a little pricey for what you get.

The general condition appears less than expected for a chain that should have basic standards of cleanliness and order. Attention to detail wasn't taken with the bathroom. Lifting the toilet seat revealed urine sprinkled from most likely the previous occupants. The hallways appeared to be less than optimally cleaned. The odor of the hallway was also not indicative of a area that was well cleaned and sanitized.

Call the hotel twice to inquire about the free airport shuttle, and we're never told that the usual shuttle was out of service for the day. Both calls failed to tell us to look out for a different shuttle, waited 45 minutes and never showed up finally we have to spend money in a Uber.

The hotel is not fancy, but just what I need. Its location is convenient and the shuttle is reliable. Another hotel advertises free shuttle but the vehicle is always in the repair shop. I am satisfied.

This property is very run down in terms of current market conditions. The room AC didnt work. There was water damage on multiple places in the roof leading to what i suspected was a mildew smell. The lighting in the room was poor, but just adequate enough. I did found 1 cockroach during my stay in the room (3 nights). The property around the area is very close to the airport, but it didn't give us a sense of safety due to a broken gate and building access panel so anyone can just walk in. The property staff was nice but you can sense they didn't want to be there and they didn't feel as welcoming. I had to go to the front desk multiple times the get my room key re-key to open my door due to their old door system. I highly recommend staying at another place because this place isn't worth the money even for the convenience of the location.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Airport-Hotel. Erfüllt definitiv den Zweck, dort eine Nacht zu schlafen. Einrichtung sehr einfach, aber gleichzeitig sehr sauber. Flugzeuge fliegen direkt sehr tief über das Hotel, man hört es in den Zimmern, aber nicht unbedingt störend.
