Pictures were misleading. Hot water did not really work. Place was not very clean. Worst part was check in. The company charged my AMX card for the deposit. No problem. However, they insisted that I show up personally to pay the balance and suggested times that I simply could not meet. Then, they suggested that I pay via Zelle. I attempted to do so, but the bank would not process the payment due to a fraud alert associated with the ph # that I was given. I asked them again to charge my AMX card. They refused. Instead, they showed up in my room demanding payment. I paid in full, but I left a day early. I dropped off the room key and parking pass at the front desk. After I left, they demanded a photo of the parking pass for reasons only they can define. Weird. By that time, I was already on a plane. Now they are requesting an additional $100 because they can't find their parking pass. Very unprofessional. Very disorganized. A bit shady. Not going to use them again.
