Inside, the spacious living room offers a cozy sitting area and a TV for relaxation. The modern kitchen, featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, is designed for preparing delicious meals, complemented by a welcoming dining area perfect for enjoying them. Retreat to the serene master bedroom, where a plush king-size bed ensures a restful night, while the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds for extra comfort. Beach service is offered by Etaru Beach Club, located in front of Lyfe Resort. Guests can enjoy complimentary beach chairs and towels.

Hallandale Beach is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform.

These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.



Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or

charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes



Package Handling:

• $5 per package plus applicable taxes

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM



A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
