3day stay
I used to stay at this hotel before, but they changed the decor and at night looks a bit creepy. The rooms are huge and the service is really good. We had an incident at our room where we saw a cockroach on our second last day, and the manager was quick to help us get a new room. We also got an apology and a voucher in return. Overall I know they work hard to clean the hotels everyday, but that was a first experience. The swimming pool is big and I love the view from the resturaunt.

The lobby of the hotel is very nice. However, the bedroom was not what we were expecting for a 4 stars hotel. Some hotels give you a much better service for the same price including the mini bar.

It was great to be back to one of our favourite places… this time however, the hotel was overwhelmed by events , birthdays and wedding ceremonies. Pool was packed and pool team very unhelpful when trying to get a lounger … only if you paid extra as a guest!! Sad … as this hotel is really good but appears to now be the destination for privileged party young children. … no longer a hotel to rest unfortunately x

Good location, beach is 15 mins walk, even with kids. Rooms are basic and clean, the suite was nice but they forgot to provide kitchen items like crockery, pots, plates, cups, bowls etc, we only needed a few items for kids so they brought them very quick, free drink during checkin was a nice touch, the pool is very nice, good vibes by the pool, Ashley was friendly server by the pool, pool closes at 7 which was a bummer, happy hour not at pool bar, have to go other place for that, we would come back, price is high but your in Miami!!

Nice hotel. Food way to expensive tho I would recommend eating outside of the hotel. Hotel is very convenient for walking around the bayside and the beach. You don’t need a car when staying at this hotel if you are only staying near the beach for vacation.

Hotel was beautiful overall. My room wasn't cleaned very well and house keeping did not come like they were supposed to. The room was really spacious and would fit a family of four comfortably.

This property is outdated and poorly built. I heard everything the surrounding guests did, even opening their balcony door. The hallways are also very poorly managed and hard on the eyes. The cleanness of the rooms themselves were not good. The sofas were stained. Would not return no matter the price.

Super outdated rooms and not clean. Rooms were more comparable to 2 or 3 star motel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that looked like it hadn’t been updated or even had a coat of paint for at least twenty years. That was on the penthouse floor. Shower tubs had chunks chipped out. Don’t even have working TV’s, you have to ask maintenance to come up and give you an tv channel list as the tv only accepts numbers and no guide for channels. Only redeeming quality is the view if you are facing the water.

The bathroom was outdated and you could notice in the corners of places in the room that were not clean. The room was unbelievably cold and we requested help - which they were very quick to do, however the room went back to being cold. The outlets near the bed were very slow to charge, even after leaving your phone all night. We enjoyed the pool, but overall the hotel experience was very average.

The carpets throughout the hotel hallways are very dirty and need to be replaced or cleaned. Lighting in the hallways was very poor. The carpets in the rooms very dirty and need replaced. (Burn marks and spots that you didn't know if it was blood or wine)

front desk staff(victoria) was very helpful to rectify the problematic and misleading hotel description on Expedia, which stated each room has 2 rooms, which is very incorrect. The rooms were nice but not overly cleanly. I would describe it as tidy but not clean. Property seems to be worn down a bit. Shower was filthy, looks like the faucets were never ever cleaned once, soap scum and water marks everywhere. When noticing the dirty shower I asked if the front desk can send someone to come clean the room again before I had my luggage sent up, that was around 12:30pm checkin, they told me they would send someone up immediately but I would have to be out of the room so housekeeping can clean. I went for lunch and came back around 4:30 pm and when arrived to my room it still was not clean. I called again and they apologized and said they would send someone up immediately, no one came until 5:45pm. The bedding and towels had marks on them. The curtains had stains all over them. Also the AC barely worked, it was barely blowing air even at the coldest settings. Pool on the weekend was nice with great music, very much a party setting although there were kids, not really a kid friendly crowd. Asked for fresh towels the room and 2 out of 4 that were brought up has orange marks all over them. Pool towels also looked very washed out and most of them had stains.

The property is a little outdated and cleanliness wise, it could be better as far as the bathrooms. But overall it was a good stay for my first time in Miami. The pool was clean and the staff were very nice. Our room was cleaned while we were gone and stocked with new towels and toiletries. The food and drinks in the room are overpriced, I would buy your items outside and bring them back to the room. But overall pretty good.

Overall good experience, staff was very helpful and nice. The room was better and cleaner than I expected it to be from reviews I read prior. Only thing I noticed is the walls are very thing so you can hear everything from other rooms around you.
