Misleading information and photos. Property is “under renovation” but seemingly no amenities are available and even upgraded rooms are in disarray. Parking is not provided, there’s a tiny, extremely limited lot available at additional fee and not worth the cost. Also, we had a prepaid for a two night stay, however after one night, we promptly cancelled our second night and left. Staff is unhelpful and quick to dismiss issues with no real resolution. Would not recommend staying here!

I read the reviews and felt it would be a decent place. I am so disappointed and disgusted. The restaurant photos are a total catfish. There is no back security fence but a keycard gate. the hotel rear door is not always closed allowing outside people access. The pool bar charged me 9 for a beer that was 5 on the actual menu. The towels are locked behind the front desk and you have to sign them in and out. No ice on any floor other then 5 and the lobby. The amount of homeless people at the pool and pool bar was surprising. Do not stay here.

This property is just a little bit rough around the edges, but all in all it’s the perfect location , walkable to the ocean great pool and lots of dining and shopping nearby. And super friendly staff !

This was our last stay on a road trip down to Miami. We stayed two nights. I booked an oceanfront room. Upon arriving, the front desk clerk (should have looked at his name), looked at me skeptically when I told him it was an oceanfront room (after telling me it was ocean view). He made me prove it by showing my Expedia booking. So when I proved it he mumbled and finished checking me in. I said “so do you have one available”. Mumbles and nods kind of a yes. So I go up to the room and it is not oceanfront. It is on side of building - with ocean view. Not feeling great as now I have to go down and complain. So I go down there and tell him that is not an oceanfront room. He says “sorry, I guess we overbooked”. Just felt so slimy that he had lied about having one and just sent me up there anyways, waiting to see if I complained. Made me not trust him and just started the stay off on the wrong foot. He then offered to comp me the resort fee and parking. So at least he did something, just felt so slimy the way he handled it. The room was decent, modern furnishings, clean. Windows were caked shut by paint etc. The lobby/hallways and pool area are pretty outdated. Pool area is ok. There is a little bar but we didn’t buy anything. Good access to beach right across the walking path. The main thing that was really bad about the stay itself was the banging of the doors! It was almost comical how loud it was. Maid staff and guests opening/closing doors. BANG! So loud!

Location was excellent! Staff very nice. The room I booked with king bed was not available when I arrived but they were able too switch me over to the correct room the next day. I think that charging a resort fee that there should be more resort feel out in the pool area. Not sure why there was a resort fee

Ein älteres Gebäude, welches jedoch durch Sauberkeit, die top Lage, hübscher Pool-Anlage zu empfehlen ist. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung! Flughafen-Expressbus 150 hält direkt vor dem Hotel, was auch ein Vorteil ist! Würde mich je nach saisonaler Hotelrate wieder kommen, weil ich mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe.

I really enjoyed my stay here. very quiet, clean, staff were really nice and helpful. Only one thing i would say could be better is more alcohol choices at the pool bar lol. It was a very nice stay, Mario at the front desk was great!! Very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the hotel staff did a great job keeping everything nice and clean and always provided us with towels, soap and toilet paper without giving us a hard time or with attitude. My only complaint is the beds could be a queen size, but they are comfortable though. The hotel could use some updating as well. But if you are on a budget, this place is perfect.

This place is right on the beach! There is a short walk, less than a city block to the water! From check in to check out the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even one night when I was experiencing a terrible headache, a staff member helped me to get some medicine. I was very miserable, but he was great! I will choose to stay there any chance I get.

As soon as i got to the hotel i checked the covers and there was stains. I called downstairs no one answered had to go downstairs to let them know. 9/10 you go downstairs no one is standing at the desk you have to “excuse me, excuse me” until they come out. The parking lot have the dumbest system you have to call them from your cellphone for them to open the gate one of the times we had to call three times before they finally answered the phone. You better hope your phone doesn’t die or no one is chasing you, you’ll get caught. The hotel needs a deep cleaning they need to wipe the spots off the walls, crumbs off the computer chairs and mildew off the cracks of the tub before they let a customer stsy in it.

I just spent 5 days with my daughter for her 16th birthday at Lexington Hotel . What a beautiful place !!! 😍❤️🌴☀️. We were on the 8th floor with pool & ocean view. You should see my daughter’s face when we walked in :)) Stuff were treating us as family and we will truly miss them!!! Everyone was so kind and friendly . Truly beautiful place to go with your family . 5 stars - we are definitely loving them :))

On entering the hotel you can see how tired and dated it is, however all areas are clean. Check in straight forward, we were not informed about the offer of free towels you are allowed for around the pool. Room is spacious and the view over looking the beach is fantastic. The toiletries are cheap the bed sinks in the middle. However the noise levels are the worst. Huge gaps under the door means you hear everything. Thin wall mean you hear everything. Old windows mean you hear everything outside.
