Beautiful hotel, clean, and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool was a nice way to spend my Thursday evening in Miami.

Super clean and gorgeous hotel! The rooftop pool/bar is amazing for days where you want to take it easy. They have a complimentary shuttle service that will take you all around South Beach and complimentary bikes for a unique experience of city traveling. The area was rather safe and had tons of great options for dining and shopping nearby.

Everything about this place was amazing. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the beach and Denise was the best!! Staff were so friendly and gave us a surprise for my birthday. Will stay here again and definitely recommend thank you so much for everything.

I am checking out tomorrow. I chose this hotel because the website said it had 24 hour in room dining, along with a coffee and juice bar and food service at the roof top pool until 7 pm. When I arrived, I found out there was no food available at all. By the time I settled into my room, went to the grocery store, and got up to the pool, I couldn't even get a soda. I've stayed in Kimptons since the mid-1990s. This experience may make me rethink my future choices. I would have had a better stay at one of IHG's bargain hotels at the airport.

We spent two nights in this hotel and were absolutely delighted. We were impressed by the exemplary cleanliness and the incredibly friendly staff! After checking out, we were allowed to spend a few hours on the beautiful rooftop before our departure. Yoga classes were also held there several times a week. If we travel to Miami again, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren absolut begeistert. Die vorbildliche Sauberkeit und das unglaublich freundliche Personal haben uns beeindruckt! Nach dem Auschecken durften wir vor unserer Abreise noch ein paar Stunden auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse verbringen. Dort fanden auch mehrmals wöchentlich Yoga-Stunden statt. Wenn wir wieder nach Miami reisen, werden wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

Our stay was great. Clean hotel with nice staff and free amenities/services. Free shuttle that takes you around South Beach from Thursday to Sunday. Free chairs at the beach - you have to pay for umbrella rental though. Rooftop pool is also great although the rooftop itself could use some cleaning and better maintenance. They also offer free coffee and tea in the lobby every morning and free wine from 5pm to 6pm everyday. The room was spacious and clean. Located near Lincoln road so you have access to many things and can easily move around South Beach or get to downtown within 15 minutes

This hotel was everything I needed. I love the proximity of south beach and the bay. We were really in the middle of it all. To add i was able to check into my room early as i was just coming back from my cruise. This hotel was everything and more. We will definitely be planning a gorls trip soon.

It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I hired a planner to come decorate our room while we were gone. Daniela at the front desk was sooo helpful making sure everything ran smoothly while we were gone to ensure my boyfriend was surprised with the room decor. Also, on our second to last day there, my boyfriend misplaced his wallet. Allen, along with a few other maintenance guys went all out there way to help us find it. My boyfriend eventually found his wallet. All the staff was super friendly and personable. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel, next time in Miami.

Very clean and aromatic smelling hotel. Excellent stay. Nothing to do with hotel but was alot of cars honking horns. Could be a normal thing in Miami and was out of our control!
