This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, Photo IDs of ALL the guests above 18 years of age (no exception), and the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules.

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb website to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C, but we don`t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can`t guarantee 100% uptime, as unfortunately, some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity, requiring repairs.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.

1. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.
2. To ensure a hassle-free check-in experience, we kindly request that you provide the registration information at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. For last-minute bookings, please note that failure to submit the required registration information may result in check-in issues, and in such cases, refunds will not be granted.
3. Lost keys are subject to a $100 replacement charge to reimburse parts, labor, and administration involved.
4. Please note that access to building amenities, including the pool, gym, spa facilities, sauna, and steam room, is currently unavailable. I appreciate your understanding during this time.
