Fint hotell i hyggelige omgivelser.
Fint hotell med komfortable og fine rom i en hyggelig bydel. Masse hyggelige restauranter på Miracle Mile og bra shopping på Shops at Merrick Park.

Midt i smørøyet
God beliggenhet ved Miracle mile. God standard på hotellet. Fint poolområde på taket. Burde vært Internett inkludert på rommet. Måtte sitte i iskald lobby å sjekke e-mail. Parkeringshus i forbindelse med hotellet, men alt for dyrt! Kjør heller litt lenger inn i gaten til nabo parkeringshuset, her kunne man stå for 12$/natt. Men det var Max 24 timer, så man måtte bruke bilen og parkere på nytt hvor dag.

besides the stunning building, the staff at this property is delightful. everyone is attentive, everyone says good morning, how may I help you . i would give one word of advice, if you have older guests requesting a room near the elevator may be better as the halls are a bit of a maze . our room and bed were comfortable, staff was always on our floor cleaning and tidying up the area. we were upgraded upon check in and loved our room, however there is a canopy bed in this room where the bed post blocks the TV for the left side bed sleeper . decor was modern and clean and i would definitely stay here again .

Everything was fantastic except the room. Terribly outdated but made to look new and modern. Television must’ve been from the Stone Age. Smells like mold. Shower was less than adequate. Heavily over priced

We were attending a University of Miami induction day for our son. This hotel is 10 minute drive from UM in the heart of coral gables so at walking distance you have a lot of dinning options.

The junior suite was spacious and reasonably well decorated. The front desk lady at the time of check-in was matter of fact and not very welcoming. The bartender in the lobby bar was very friendly and polite. The housekeeping staff was very noisy when working the corridor outside our room. The location was great!

Some of the staff were very lackadaisacal.Asked why they charged me an additional $50 on.my credit card after the initial check in charge of $250 ,was fobbed off.The maids showed up at 4pm and I told them.not needed. Signage poor and easy to get confused in the labyrynth of rooms and floors.Zero concierge service.They assume you know all about Coral Gables and its offerings.Need a local map and also an internal map of the hotel.
