Gorgeous pool area and very clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was helpful. Great location, quiet and I loved the balcony as well. Would stay again.

The quality of the property and the room were excellent. Parking was not available beyond the hotel valet. Valet was not always readily available, not sure if that’s staffing or another issue

We reserved city-side, and got room 1217-2. We were really impressed that the balcony wrapped around 2 sides of the building, giving us a view of the nice park across the street with lots of trees, a good view of the water to the left, and a city view around the other side of the balcony. The room was apartment-style, and had 2 bathrooms which we appreciated. The restaurant and bar were under renovation, but there is an outdoor restaurant directly across the street, and the food was very good. If you take a right out the front door, there is a donut shop about 2 doors down; great for grabbing coffee and a donut for the morning. A bit further in that direction brings you to an area with lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of pro's for this location. Con's would be the unit needed some maintenance. e.g. the bathroom light flickered constantly, and the ceiling fan in the bathroom was completely clogged with dust, and the AC in the bedroom didn't work well; the bedroom seemed 10 degrees warmer than the living room area and there is only 1 thermostat. But housekeeping does a fine job - the place was clean.

Great location and views—both city and waterfront—in CG. Very clean. Restaurant not open so no bar near the pool. Not enough mirrors in room. Hair dryer smells like it’s going to catch on fire. Balcony is lovely!

When I arrived I discovered that the restaurant, the bar were both closed and had been apparently for many weeks. There was also no breakfast available as the restaurant is closed. My loo was faulty and kept running through the night. On check in I was given room1212-1. I then discovered when looking for my room that there were in fact a room 1212 and also a 1212-1 and a 1212-2 which was confusing and I needed to ask which room 1212 was actually mine. Interestingly there is no 13th floor-they might do better to concentrate on the other issues than bad luck numbers. Overall very disappointing.

The valet isn’t prompt to greet upon check in. Not knowing if parking was available and waiting for check in made us feel like the car was constantly in the way. We had to move the car repeatedly before knowing that we had to valet the car. The check in process was not prompt making us feel like we were a pain… They brag about their amenities. The restaurant wasn’t open but we were not told nor aware of all available things to do. This place seemed more like a place for residents and/or privately rented rooms. Great location! Great view! Comfortable room!

Dirty room for the $500 price per night, you would think that someone would clean the handle of the sliding glass door. It was obvious that no one had cleaned the handle in years, the dirt was caked on. If you cant clean a handle on a door then what else are they not cleaning or changing. We have stayed their for years, every time the Coconut Grove Art Show is going on, but not anymore, the wife and I agreed this is the last time for the Arya!

The hotel should have let guests know that they were no longer serving breakfast because the resteraunt is being renovated. with young kids this was extremely annoying having to go out every day looking for breakfast and paying extra when I had assumed it was going to be included.

Very nie location, although the staff tends to be moody, and the rooms are not the nicest (especially the shower). Property needs some renewal, like the elevators). Although they have a parking building of their own, they only offered valet parking at $35/night (I thought it was included).

Rooms are comfortable and staff very helpful and pleasant. Very close to all the shops, restaurants and parks. Premises do not have a bar or restaurant however there are ample choices within 100 yards so really not a problem. Rooms have top class coffee machines to make expresso etc

It is in a great area...Coconut Grove... great for walking and exploring. Wonderful selection of restaurants. We also arrived in advance of check. I was expecting to store our bags but our room was ready so we got to check in early - really appreciated this. Finally, the rooftop pool was amazing!.

Average at best. Upon arrival we found a dirty porcelain cup in the pantry and a cloth hanger on the floor behind a chair. No working restaurant and no prior notice that it was not open. One day no cleaning of room and next day not until we complained. Size of room good. Location, fitness center and swimming pool area very good. Staff not sufficiently knowledgeable about the premises. Several attempts to call front desk with no answer.

You need a ramp from the front upper level to the street level at the main entrance and exit. I could not manage my luggage from the front exit to the driveway. A ramp would have been very helpful. A gentleman did offer to help me to get my luggage from the front exit to the driveway

A good hotel option near shopping, restaurants, and parks. Expensive parking on nearby lots, but otherwise a decent place to spend a night.
