Balcony doors must remain closed when the AC is on (humidity issues).

Use service elevators for luggage, beach chairs, and groceries.

Pool chairs may not be reserved for more than 30 minutes.

Park at your own risk. The building is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

All boxes must be folded and placed in the disposal container on the first floor, outside the receiving office.
