Property is not worth the price or your time. VERY OLD and outdated. Rusty bathroom fixtures. The breakfast buffet was ridiculous. Looked like an underprivileged school lunch set up. The diner was no better. Over priced food with very poor quality and not much to choose from. The glass my ice was given to me in (because I ordered a coke with my meal and was given a can ok coke) had an old lipstick stain on it. I KID YOU NOT.

A hotel guest on the 6th floor 2nd room from the elevator facing pool area on right side. A male of a light complexion & light color fuzzy hair was staring at my friend and I while we were chilling down there. He not to later came to join & we left.

Honestly this hotel was disgusting. Our sheets were gross so we didn’t even get under them. We stayed here to be close to the airport but it’s almost 20 minutes from there. Due to morning traffic, it took over 30 minutes to get back to the airport in the morning. The shower was gross. People were up till 3 am next to us super loud. There were bugs in the bathroom. I would not stay here again.

This was my first time staying at a hotel in a while and I will be sticking to air bnbs after this experience. The hotel was generally dirty. Smelled like weed most of the time, AC was not working in parts of the building, flies and mosquitoes in the food. Food was mid. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

I didn't get the room type i initially booked. If the reservation is in place for the room there's no way that it should be sold out. On top of that i specifically requested to have a microwave in room because i'm a diabetic and need to be able to warm up my food to be able to eat on time. I called thr front desk after they placed us in the wrong room type reqursting to have a microwave broughr up to the room. The front desk said that they would get back to me when they would have found one. I had to call 3 times and almost 90 mins later to find out the didn't have any microwaves available. My husband had to call back a forth time to find out if there was no possible way to get a microwave to be able to warm the food for me to be able to eat. It was afyer the foirth call that they stated they had a mocrowave available at the front desk that he could have used to warm the food. One it should have never taken that long if the reservation allows you to make requests in advance so as to have the request responded to and confirmed or otherwise notfied of the inability to offer request. It was very disappointing and the front desk agent on seemed to not even care that as a diabetic i needed to eat. This is deplorable.

I like the pool and grounds...I didn't like the air conditioner that barely works and I was hot my entire stay and I found a roach in the bathroom.

We had to get new keys everytime we go to the room. We always had to call for towels. The staff does not clean. But the restaurant food is delicious and very affordable.

The ac didn't work. My room was extremely hot. I called the front desk, and i talk to an agent. I told her my room was very hot, she said, i will send somebody to fix it. She lied and never send nobody up. She could've put in another room. But she never did.
