Fin beliggenhet
Perfekt beliggenhet med kort vei til stranden. Ocean Drive var stengt for trafikk, noe som gjorde at det ikke var så mye støy. Rommet var stort med kjøkkendel og kjøleskap. Restauranter og butikker i området var overpriset, så vi tok Uber inn til Miami for shopping og restaurantbesøk. Vi hadde en fantastisk flott uke og vi kunne godt valgt dette hotellet igjen.

Nice hotel by the beach
It was a nice stay and we are happy with the service espechally from jaques and brenda was sweet. Although we were not pleased that the cleaning was not that good. They changed our towels o lot and that was good. They didnt inform us well enough about the checkout was 2h earluee than international standard and that gave us stress. But i think the stay was still positive☺

Til å være på Ocean Drive, er dette et stille men samtidig sentralt beliggende hotell. Vi bodde tre døgn, og hadde det utmerket - uten leiebil. Mye er innenfor rekkevidde til fots eller med taxi.

Sentralt Miami Beach
Hotellet ligger sentralt og flott til. Vi reiste en familie på 4 og hadde god plass. Fin leilighet, med litt vedlikehold av hengsler på skapdører og vinduer hadde alt vært perfekt. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Alt av utstyr på plass. Rent og ryddig.

Goede locatie. Faciliteiten prima zoals wasmachines en badlakens. Slaapbank was in slechte staat. Douche lauw, niet warm te krijgen. Verbouwingsgeluiden en erg gehorig. Konden letterlijk gesprek van de buren volgen. Voor het geld mag meer van deze locatie verwacht worden.

Thank you for staying with us and we appreciate your feedback. We are very sorry that our property did not meet your expectations. Hilton acquired Diamond Resorts back in 2021 and we began to manage it the following year. This property was run by different management prior the acquisition and it was left to us with many challenges. We are currently doing exterior repairs as part of our 40-year recertification per State and County requirement and there is a notice posted on our website stating that we will be repairing the building's exterior concrete from June 19 - May 31, 2024. Regarding the water temperature in the shower, it advised to let it run for a couple of minutes to allow it to warm up. However, we will notify our maintenance team so they can reinspect the showers. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you reconsider staying with us again in the future.

We had to sleep with construction noises for our building. If there is a construction going on, they should not event rent these rooms.

Unfortunately, we must complete this work per county and state requirement. There is a notice posted on our website stating that we will be repairing the building's exterior concrete June 19 - January 31, 2024 and guests may experience noise, scaffolding, and construction workers from Monday - Friday. We can only hope that this experience will not discourage you from visiting our resort in the future so that we may have another opportunity to convince you of our commitment to high standards.

Bon sejour
Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel bien placé, la chambre spacieuse et propre avec les basiques dans la cuisine (manque une passoire) Le seul hic c’est le ménage, nous étions 4, nous n’avions pas le canapé lit de préparé (ça encore ça va) Il faut demander à l’accueil pour qu’on nous fasse le ménage, ok on demande ce qui est fait dans la journée mais pas le bon nombre de serviette et toujours pas le canapé lit de fait. Après le gros plus c’est l’accès a la laverie. Très bon séjour

We love the area, that's why we booked this hotel. But they placed us in a shabby building, which was renovated at the same time we stayed there! Also No view ( even I asked so many times), just workers outside the window!! We couldn't open the curtains because of that! - no privacy!

The location is great ! The only thing is the weird policy. We ordered 4 rooms, my friend who travelled parents arrived at 4pm , they was supposed to get 2 rooms. but she could not get it because I registered the name under my name. My flight only can arrive at mid night. I called hotel to explain the situation by saying I can provide all the document by phone/email just to release the 2nd room for my friend. After all the communication, she could not get it and ended up pay for the extra 5th room on the spot.

As you know, Hilton has a very strict policy when it comes to check-ins. If the name of the person checking- in does not match the name on the reservation, the hotel may refuse to honor the check-in for security purposes. Over the phone verifications are not allowed. For future reference, please make sure to the add additional guests to the reservation when booking your reservation to avoid these issues. With that being said, we are glad you liked our location, and we hope to see you in the near future.

Excellent location for beach access. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops including Lincoln Road Mall. Comfortable, spacious, nicely furnished room. We enjoyed our stay. Unclear why the term "Resort" appears in the name, for the amenities expected from a resort are absent. However it is a very good hotel and recommended unless you want (for instance) a pool or a reserved beach cabana.

Right in the action. Surprisingly, there was rarely a staff member at the front desk at this hotel and its sister hotel (and the one in between)...for hours. Would be incredibly frustrating if you needed to check-in or some assistance. Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 6. I will return.

Love our stay at Crescent hotel. I would definitely book there again. It was perfect for a last minute booking. I was so happy the room included a kitchen. It was convenient because we have a baby and I was able to boil his drinking water and sterilized his bottles. We was able to store our leftovers from the restaurants in fridge along with drinks and baby food. We got the park/ocean view room. Everything in the room looked fairly new and clean. We were all very comfortable and happy. The only thing I think needs improving is the coffee station. I wanted a cup of tea and couldn’t get one :-/

Very thankful for the early check in as I had been traveling all night. The room was nice and clean and I loved the living and kitchen area. The area has everything one needs, from restaurants to shopping. The only downfall is the shower had little pressure and the water temperature was not hot at all. Also, the directions to the lounge chairs at the beach could be clearer by the front desk agent. But overall, good property with a great location.

We booked this trip last minute with little knowledge of the area. Chose it because of the proximity to the beach. Was expecting far less than what we actually got. Hotel staff was very friendly, room was extremely nice and larger than what I was expecting. Bed was very comfortable. Nice front porch to sit on and enjoy the weather. Ocean Drive is closed in front of the hotel so did have to walk less than a block to get an Uber. Honestly I think it being closed is a bonus, because it is pretty loud a couple blocks down where it is open and probably would have been hard to sleep. Exceptional value would definitely recommend

In the middle of ALL the action in South Beach!
An amazing little hotel in the middle of all the action. Could not have asked for a better location. Next to all the great food and social life on South Beach! Ocean street is the place to stay!

I had a room with a kitchenette and living room and it was lovely. The best thing about the room me and my wife liked that it had multiple doors to close off the bathroom from ths bedroom door and a closing door to close from the living room. So if someone in the next room making noise u can close that closing door to sound out any noice. The kitchen has a dishwasher and they include everything u need pots pans dishes, dishwashing liquid coffee maker. Bathroom was big we definitely would stay again
