The lady at the front desk was so helpful at check in! She came outside just to help me find the place when I couldn’t locate parking. It’s a great hotel and it’s very clean. I would recommend.

Room was dirty, walls were stained and full of markings, TV remote was sticky and had dog hair. Restroom was dirty. 3 rd floor was so loud on a week night at 1-3 am. No parking spaces, terrible roads to access hotel and very unsafe area.

Muy mala calidad de servicio, personal de counter muy mal educado. En la habitacion esta el equipo de yoga y huele mal. El desayuno de muy mala calidad y excesivamente caro. Huevo ,bacon retostado, papas etc $16 no lo vale, el cafe y jugo se paga aparte….. mala experiencia

Our stay was convenient the airport is really close the only thing is you can hear all the airplanes flying by. But the staff and housekeeping were so sweet! Could try better breakfast for the price but overall our stay was pleasant.

Staff was friendly and very efficient. I checked in very late, close to 1am and in my room ten minutes. Room had exercise equipment, nice if you want a workout in your room. Plenty of parking in the garage (for a fee). The street to the hotel was under construction, at times was only one way.

Second time staying in this Hotel, everything is clean and it is a nice hotel. However, the pool was super cold and pretty much useless. There is also a $15 charge per night for parking while the Hotel next door is free. I would love to stay here again however next time I will prefer a hotel with a climatized pool

The property was awesome with the friendliest staff, including Miguel, who was our server multiple days at the restaurant. Miguel was awesome and the price was great in addition to the convenience of being near the airport and public transportation.

I placed on my door for maid service to not enter my room. Maid service entered my room without consent and then when they took my bathroom towels to replace them they ended up taking my personal hair towel that I brought with me and bought with my own money. Extremely frustrated that now I have to buy a new one due to their negligence.

Took awhile to check in. No pantry 24 hour as advertised. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Rooms need a little a little maintenance. Or TV was blue, a lot of Knicks and paint chips on walls.

This hotel is way too close to the airport so the noise factor was disappointing from our room. Heard landed all night long. Rooms are pretty beat up. There are limited restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds are wonderful and the shuttle to the airport is fantastic.
