Arrived hotel, card reader system was broke. Reseptionist said that we had to wait until IT staff arrived to fix it.
Could not get the room until fees was paid. After a while I suggested that I could pay service fee and deposit in cash, and then we got our room. No offer to bring our suitcases to our room. Room was good, balcony with partial beach and pool wiew. But no wine bottle as promised to gold members of Hotels. Pool area was ok, but pool had very cold water- even for a Norwegian. Asked for a late check out 1 pm. Reseptionist said no. I said that hotels.com gold members get a Guaranteed two hours late check out, but she still refused. I could have room until 12, thats it. Asked about the wine bottle as well, one of the maids delivered a half bottle on our door the night before we left. Maids were good, the Italian guy in the bar was nice. Beach area with Loews was good. And the restaurant staff was welcoming and polite. I would go again
