Nice enough , but the rooms from the picture is not the same as we got. First floor , noisy and pretty small room. But for the price it is good , 9$ for a bottle of water is alot

På utsiden ser det fint ut, men sengen passet ikke rammen og lente derfor når jeg lå i den. Dusjen var ikke rengjort. Og air conditionen virket ikke. Vi måtte be om service for air conditionen tre ganger før noe skjedde

Vi bodde her 4 netter. Bra beliggenhet I forhold til stranden, Ocean Drive og Lincoln Road. AC fungerte ikke første natten så det ble varmt og klamt på rommet. Dagen etter var det i orden igjen og fungerte resten av oppholdet. Vi hadde frokost inkludert.

Good location, some flaws in reseption
Arrived hotel, card reader system was broke. Reseptionist said that we had to wait until IT staff arrived to fix it. Could not get the room until fees was paid. After a while I suggested that I could pay service fee and deposit in cash, and then we got our room. No offer to bring our suitcases to our room. Room was good, balcony with partial beach and pool wiew. But no wine bottle as promised to gold members of Hotels. Pool area was ok, but pool had very cold water- even for a Norwegian. Asked for a late check out 1 pm. Reseptionist said no. I said that hotels.com gold members get a Guaranteed two hours late check out, but she still refused. I could have room until 12, thats it. Asked about the wine bottle as well, one of the maids delivered a half bottle on our door the night before we left. Maids were good, the Italian guy in the bar was nice. Beach area with Loews was good. And the restaurant staff was welcoming and polite. I would go again

I like staying at the Berkeley Shore when I’m in Miami. I feel like I’m staying with friends. It’s small with quick easy access to your room the bar the pool or the restaurant. The neighborhood feel safe and there are excellent dining options just a few blocks away. Rooms are clean and comfortable

The location, uniqueness and staff really make this hotel special! Special! My mom and I had a great time and the beach was so easy to access. They have towels for you at the front desk but they also have towels for you at the beach as well as beach chairs. It was just all so convenient and to be able to come back and go to the pool at the end of the afternoon and take a walk to dinner made our trip to Miami wonderful. Thank you so much!

The customer service from the manager Giovanni was rude and the staff followed. Nothing was explained at check in and an additional 300 deposit was requested upon check in. I told him that there was no notice when I booked, could he show me or he should be aware of the fact it is not mentioned when booking. He refused to show me and continued refuse to look at me when I was speaking. The room was not what I expected. The room smelled from the sewage and there were no robs as promised on the booking. The staff went in our room without our consent and when I asked why this was not explained during check in the manager again refused to look at me and provide us with simple explanation. If you are a person that likes good customer do not stay here.

Great location. The room wasn’t that clean. It was “standard” clean from afar but there were stains on the floor, bed, towels, and on the walls. There were also hard water marks on the shower head along with mold. The sink was also dirty around the handles, on the counter, and on the faucet. The room smelled and felt very damp. Face to face with other guests when looking out the window. You can see them and they can see you. Mid-wall windows and very limited TV options. The surfaces in the room were also very scratched up and looked worn.

Loved the beach access w/ chairs & towels ready for you! The pool on rooftop was very nice as well. The restaurant had very good food for reasonable prices. I will be back!

Staff was very helpful, clean pool. To enter to hotel you have to go true restaurant, which I don't like it. And if you go to the beach, imagine you are going to your room wet between people sitting at restaurant and eating. Only two people can use beach bed at a same time from same room. I was with my family (4 people), and we couldn'd be in same spot same time at beach. I didn't like it.

The property was beautiful, clean, well kept and in a great location. The service needs some improvement. We arrived very early after a cruise (around 10am) check in wasn’t until 4pm. We were told we would get a call when it was ready. At 3pm we saw others getting checked in. We asked for the 3rd time at 3:40 if our room was ready and they said oh yeah it’s been ready but we never got a call and we were waiting in the lobby. They didn’t bother to let us know it was ready even though we were obviously exhausted and waiting right in front of them. Finally got keys and went to the room and there were maintenance men fixing a leak in the sink. Had to wait even longer. The maintenance men did apologize and brought us a free bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The front desk staff could use some customer service training. Otherwise the property was great, the restaurant had good food, the room had nice upgrades, especially loved the shower.

Nice hotel in a great location of south beach! 5 minute walk from the beach where you have 2 complementary chairs reserved for you, but umbrellas must be rented (27$ usd/day). The hotel itself is nice, clean and looked quite similar to the pictures. Only con really was our room was on the first floor which was quite noisy. You can hear other guests walking and talking in the hallway. Other than that, good location and very friendly staff :)

The stay was great however we got overcharged. We were able to talk to one of the staff and she was able to send me the right receipt they never take off the wrong charge out of my account. I been calling the staff and they keep sending me to different people to this day.
