Spectacular BeachWalk Resort Upper Apt, 29th floor. Private Views and Balcony, 1 Bdrm Apartment with Full Bath and King size bed. Full kitchen and living room. Private laundry space with washer & dryer. Sofa bed available.

Resort and Parking fee will be both charged at Resort. $30 daily Resort fee and $ 28 daily Parking Fee.
$250 Security deposit in case of damages.

The Space:
Beachwalk Resort, ideally located between Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. Enjoy a stunning condo-hotel on South Florida's beautiful beaches, complete with pool, gym, and resort-style amenities. This unit offers a south-facing balcony with direct views of the ocean and intracoastal waterways. Just a block from the beach, it features a king size bed , accommodating up to 3 people, with a private bathroom and TV. Washer & Dryer. Additional amenities include a fitness center, on-site restaurant, and free beach shuttle.

Resort Fee $30 per day per unit: (Mandatory: payable exclusively through debit or credit cards).

*Pets are not allowed in the building. Only support pets with the appropriate documentation.

Valet Parking Rates (to be paid at Resort)

Valet 1-7 nights -> $ 28 per night
Valet 8-10 nights -> $25 per night
Valet 11-19 nights -> $250 total
Valet 20-30 nights -> $295 total

Resort Fee rates according to stay (payable at the Resort)
1 - 6 days - $30 per day
7- 15 days- $25 per day
15- 29 days- $20 per day
30 days- $300 per full month
+ 30 days- $300 + $10 for each extra day.

📦 New Schedule: Packages will be accepted from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day.
💰 Fee: A $5 charge per package will be applied at the time of pickup starting February 20, 2025.
🗂 Storage Time: Packages will be held for up to 60 days.
