Falta de limpieza, mantenimiento, nula preocupación por arreglar los desperfectos, gente sin preparación para atención al huésped. No funcionan los canales de TV, ni el control remoto, no funciona bien el teléfono de la habitación, tampoco el lector de las llaves para el ingreso, la presión del agua mínima en el piso 2, closet oxidado que me malogró toda la ropa que había colgado, las cortinas tampoco bajan del todo bien.

Las habitaciones del hotel ya necesitan una remodelación su aspecto denota el paso del tiempo (pintura manchada, techo descascarado, huecos en las paredes), toallas que se sienten como lijas, cortinas en mal estado, muebles deteriorados no hay caja de seguridad, etc La zona es muy tranquila y segura, varios sitios de comida, farmacia y compras alrededor, a pocos minutos de áreas o centros comerciales. El lugar solo merece un poco de atención por parte de la cadena para tornarse en un lugar perfecto de alojamiento.

Located in a convenient area with lots of options to dine and shop nearby. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but it’s comfortable. Love the blackout curtains they have. Room had a bit of a smell when you walk in but i didn’t mind it much and it went away after a while especially after spraying cologne, perfume, and the smell of my wife’s scented soap after freshening up. This is my 2nd time staying here and honestly the location and price is what made me come back and I’ll probably come back again.

I have been staying at Baymont inn for many years and this time I am sorry to say my experience was terrible.The rooms needs to upgrade and the carpet need to be removed it smell very bad.The complimentary breakfast needs to be upgraded also to fresh meal not packed stuff every day.

My stay at Baymont by Wyndham Miami Doral can only be described as one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. While the front desk agent during the check-in process was very cordial, the nightmare began as soon as I entered my assigned room, 109. Upon opening the door, I was hit with an overpowering smell of humidity that made it nearly impossible to breathe. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I went to close the shades, water started dripping out from them. I immediately returned to the front desk to request a room change, only to be informed that the only other available room was even worse than the first. It was situated next to the housekeeping laundromat, adding to the discomfort. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to contact Expedia to rebook my stay at a different hotel. However, after 45 minutes of attempting to reach the hotel through Expedia with no success, I asked the front desk agent to check me out. Unfortunately, he was unable to do so or provide me with a reference number for my records. Seeking resolution, I wrote an email to the general manager of the hotel but received no response. When I returned the next day to confirm the check-out process, the GM declined to speak with me, and the front desk agents informed me that they had not received any request from Expedia to cancel the reservation or authorize a refund. The lack of customer service from both Expedia and the hotel was appalling. After hours of frustrating phone calls with Expedia's

Renovations were being conducted in the room above me which made it impossible to relax. Work started as early as 7 am and continued throughout the day. Staff and management acted like it didn't matter. Poor professionalism from the staff.

According to my reservation, me and my husband had checked in on Friday. They left 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner. On the next day, they drop-off 2 towels and a soap bar. They did not clean, neither fix the bed. I had locked my key inside the room, I went to reception, to request an additional key. The from desk agent did ask my name. He just validated a key for my room. Didn't ask my ID even my name. ZERO Safety!

I will NEVER, EVER stay here again. It is a run down, outdated, delapidated, germ infested rat hole. It is overrated even at 2 stars. The guy at the front desk doesn't even speak English and they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!! It was horrific from beginning to end and we won't even sleep in the bed. We will stay up all night to keep from sleeping in the bed. The towels look like they're from the DOLLAR STORE, the equivalent of one ply toilet paper. It is the size of a dish towel and not absorbent at all.This place should close down immediately or get it's act together! DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON!

Was not too happy with this accomadation, when we arrive the gentleman at the frontdesk had a antisocial hat on. He acted like I did not have a reservation after giving him my License and credit card. Elevator was dirty and I was not notified but hotel to be under remodeling or reconstruction.

Rooms were filthy, shower didn’t work, lamp wouldn’t turn on and smelled like cigarettes. The staff wasn’t too friendly and the handicap parking spots were blocked off so I had to park far and walk.
