Welcome to our spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo! We are located on the 8th floor, facing the beach with an amazing view of the ocean and the surrounding area from your very own balcony!! The condo is fully equipped with a full kitchen, open dining/living room, 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds. Each room is equipped with a 55” TV with HBO and Roku. Additional reclined sofa in every bedroom added for your needs. In the living room, there is also a fold-able couch that can be converted into a queen bed at your convenience.
Located just couple steps from the beach 2 min walk. Our resort style building offers many amenities such as a heated pool with cabanas, BBQ station, ping pong tables, pool table, tennis courts, gym, convenience store, hair salon, real estate agency. Located minutes form restaurants, Aventura Mall, Famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Beaches of South Miami, Include Naturist Haulover Beach, Haulover Marina, Water Park, Miami Zoo, Aquarium and countless attractions.

FIVE STAR! Fantastic stay at Stan’s welcoming Sunny Isles apartment. This host and unit restored my faith in staying in a condo over a hotel. Stan was a great communicator and provided so much detail about the unit, parking, amenities etc. We arrived and found the unit well equipped with a stocked kitchen with essentials and nice comfortable beds. The apartment was spotless. Parking is included which is huge in this area. Beach is across street and Stan provided chairs and a cart to take all your essentials to the beach. Great location and close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. And to top it off, our host let us know that since we were checking out on Xmas and the cleaners wouldn’t come until the next day, he was able to offer us a later check out to enjoy the beach longer. I know this isn’t always available and what I really appreciate is he offered it without us even asking. Will be coming back and will stay in this unit again.

Perfect Spot for F1 Miami

We stayed to attend the Formula 1 Race at the Hard Rock Stadium. Travel to and from the stadium was good. Then we were able to relax in the unit with all the amenities one could ask for. Fluffy Towels and 2 different Coffee Makers were wonderful. Great Restaurants in the surrounding area. Host was very attentive and responded quickly if anything was needed.

Pleasant and relaxing

The apartment was very well furnished and taken care of. The owner of the apartment was extremely helpful and checked in a couple of times to make sure all was well. They had a couple different coffee makers such as a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The pantry was filled with leftover unexpired food and spices. There was a whole array of beach items such as chairs, a wagon, beach towels, et cetera. There was some building maintenance underway that added to some inconveniences but nothing worth complaining about. Check-in was a little challenging since the building maintenance caused the check-in procedures to be a bit off. We had to enter and park in a different area than the instructions directed. At the front desk, we were issued paper bracelets like those from an amusement park and were instructed by the receptionist that we were to wear them at all times while at the property. Sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the sunrise over the water while sipping on coffee was quite pacific and relaxing. The building had a convenience store located on the ground floor which was pretty well stocked. The location was calm in that it was not filled with college-aged spring breakers but rather with families. Parking was convenient, though the parking garage was being repaired in places. We were able to easily walk to many restaurants and a nearby grocery store. The area is a very culturally diverse area with people of many backgrounds and languages.

Nice Stay at Sunny Isles

We had a very nice stay at Sunny Isles in this condo. The unit was very clean, well provisioned, and everything worked. The listing was accurate.We enjoyed the beach, played tennis, enjoyed the pool - it is a really nice place.

Convenient beach location

The unit is spacious and well-appointed. Comfortable beds and the host provides all things one might want to bring over to the beach. The pool area was quiet and it had shaded and sunny seating. Stan was very responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed our short stay and would gladly return!

Fantastic Family Spring Break Stay!

We loved our stay at this rental. We drove 11 hours and didn’t want to pack too much extra. We were so happy that the condo came equipped with a wagon, boogie boards, a roller cooler, backpack cooler, towels, and more! The walk to the beach was short and easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The host was SUPER responsive. This was a great family getaway! We were very happy!

Amazing place

We stayed at this property for two weeks and have only great things to say! We were 4 adults and a baby. The condo is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, it is extremely well located, the view is beautiful, and Stan was very accommodating and always so quick to answer. We definitely would go back and highly recommend this place.

Girls 55th Bday getaway

Me and my friends from high school turned 55 this year and wanted to do something fun to celebrate. We decided to take a quick getaway weekend to Florida. We found this place and it was perfect. Plenty of space for us, location was great, close to the beach, everything provided by the condo, close proximity to restaurants. The view was spectacular from the balcony. Stan was extremely responsive to our needs, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Looks can be deceiving!!!

The photos of the building you see on VRBO are not of the building you actually stay in so that was misleading. Check in process was miserable. The one admin was extremely slow and she was very unsure about the check-in process herself including parking. Day 1, while my husband was trying to navigate the poor parking instructions, I was upstairs with my babies when I noticed my one year old had found a blue pill on the floor. Day 2, due to eating out on day 1, we didn’t notice how dirty the dishes still were until day 2. Tupperware still had sticky substances in them, juices had fruit stuck on it, floors hadn’t been cleaned because my child’s feet were black from walking around. The living room blinds were broke so you were blinded by the sunrise and couldn’t enjoy the living room. There are two extremely large buildings blocking the majority of your ocean view. There was construction going on that ruined any peace you were trying to have. The water was cut off twice and when I reached out to Stan, he had already been notified by the building but never reached out to us to let us know! With two babies. The bathroom shower water pressure was terrible. Overall, dissatisfied and felt misled by photos. Addressed all issues and concerns with Stan who basically told me he would offer a 5% if I was to book again. No thanks.

Comfortable, high quality accommodation!

The property was wonderful. It looks even better than the photos. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had absolutely everything that we needed for our stay. We particularly appreciated the quality of the beds and the beach equipment! Stan is a great host, he was very quick to respond to any questions both before and during our stay and we felt that he genuinely cared that we had a good experience (which we did). The only negative (3 stars) was the resort staff who were not very helpful, but this was outwith Stan's control which is why we have given an overall 5* rating. Thanks Stan!

Fantastic Family Vacation

The unit was nice, and came fully stocked for a family vacation (toys, beach gear, high chair, etc.). These came in handy at every turn. The location was great too, with easy access to beach, highway, and park/splash pad that was a big hit with the kids. Our family stayed in other units in the building and Stan's unit/experience was by far the nicest. He even helped out at 9pm when my mother in law locked everyone out of the unit :) . Would absolutely come back and stay again.

Family Fun

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It had everything you needed and more. It had a homey feel! Pool was wonderful ! Cabanas nice break from sunshine. We really enjoyed the park with our grands! Go visit you won’t be disappointed!
