The Space:

This second-floor apartment inside Casa Sauz opens onto a bright living and dining area with air conditioning and comfortable seating in front of the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, with a stove, oven, microwave, blender and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you'd want for a home-cooked meal at the dining table. Two en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 5 guests: the first has a bunk bed, well suited to kids or extra guests, while the second combines a double bed with a sofa bed for added flexibility. Step out onto your private balcony for garden views, or head up to the building's shared rooftop terrace, where a trampoline makes for an easy afternoon of play. Fresh linens, towels and a mosquito net are provided in every bedroom, and free gated parking is available on the property.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the building's shared facilities and common areas.



The rooftop terrace and trampoline are shared with the other unit in the building, as is the washing machine in the common area. The owner will give you the keys upon your arrival; free, secure parking is available in the building itself, with space for up to 4 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Sauz sits in Mezcales, a town within the Bahía de Banderas municipality in Nayarit, just inland from the Puerto Vallarta metropolitan area and close to Nuevo Nayarit. It's a well-placed base on the Riviera Nayarit, within easy driving distance of the region's beaches and the airport — ideal for guests who want a comfortable home base without paying resort-strip prices.



Getting Around:

A car is the most convenient way to get around, though Uber and local taxis are readily available if you'd rather not drive. Playa Nuevo Vallarta is about a 15-minute drive away, and Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) is roughly 22 minutes by car. Most errands, restaurants and the coast are all within easy driving distance.

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.
