«We arrived and were disappointed to find out the hot tub was not operational. When I reached out about the hot tub not working, I was told it wasn’t an amenity of the house. However the listing for the rental says it a dog friendly, Lakeview home with hot tub and there are pictures of the hot tub in the listing. Then the shower in the master bedroom did not work. We never got any water to come out. The final issue for us was that the heat wasn’t working. Someone from the property management ...
