«The inside of the house was satisfactory. The outside is in need of maintenance quite a bit. The outside areas where in need of paint, landscaping maintenance, and fencing is in a bad state. It truly could be a great opportunity for more income if it was in a better condition. Grass was not even mowed. We did like that the yard has different areas set up and the hot tub was great. We used the pizza oven the 1st night and that was a new experience for us.»

«Took our family of 5 to get a taste of city living. We live on an island in the UP. We enjoyed fun box, slime ville, peppa pig land, lego land, sealife, water park, splash pad, belle islle, and lunch down town detroit. The girls were exhausted everyday but coming back to a nice house in a nice neighborhood was the perfect way to end the day.»

«Black & White vibes for days! Rented this gem while in town to see a show at Pine Knob and it was so lovely. The historic charm was perfectly restored in each room. Travelled a quick visit over to the Detroit Zoo, had drinks a few minutes away at Liberty Bar, and spent a great evening around the fire pit. Will be back soon for sure!»

«My family was in the area to watch some softball games near Oakland University. This house was a great price and in a nice,quiet location. While it is an older home, it was clean and had everything we needed. I was nervous about getting the check in information but received it the morning of check in, so I was worried for nothing. Good communication from the rental group.»

«The main reason for our nine nights away was to have a quiet place to sleep and rest while enjoying time with our friends in Rochester, Michigan. It was perfect! My wife and I slept a lot, enjoyed Yates Cider Mill, enjoyed the restaurants in the area, and had a great time with our friends. We shall do it again next year!!! Les & Linda»

«It was a beautiful scenery. Loved the lake. So peaceful. Well stocked. I’m not Streaming savy on Tv so we struggled. Would like more comfy recliners felt small. Deck needs power washed and painted. Overall will stay again. Great place»

«Kairos Farm is one of the most memorable places we have ever stayed. Mark & Callie are they incredible hosts with a warm spirited nature and care for their guests.
