«Pros: Enjoyed a cocktail at the reception desk, a really nice experience after a long drive. Nice location, easy walking distance to town. Good Mexican food at Felix’s. Mattress, towels, linens, soap, shampoo etc all high-quality. Great light but satisfying breakfast: yogurt parfait, good coffee. Cons: Receptionist was efficient though not terribly friendly. Air conditioner was noisy enough that it affected our sleep. It’s something I mentioned to the owners via a text that they never responded ...

«This was the worst best western I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. The pool was heated to an uncomfortably warm temperature and the pool room was excessively humid. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped in resolving an issue that was not theirs to resolve, so I appreciate the staff for sure. This property is in dire need of upgrades, or to call it what it is and adjust the price ...

«This boutique motel is the perfect place to plan your visit to Palisade around. The hosts are great. The rooms are fresh and spotless. The backside of the property gives you great views and added space to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or an end of day beverage. There’s nothing I would change. This was my second stay here and it will not be my last.»

«Only half the TV stations worked. One employee just blew me off and the other one the next day said she called comcast but nothing came of it. The guest computers didn't have internet and couldn't print. When asked about it, was also just placated.»

«Greie rom, trenger en oppgradering. Dårlig frokost, både når det gjelder ryddighet og utvalg. Bordene var «klissete» og dårlig vasket. Er vant med amerikansk versjon av hotell-frokost, men forventer at de i det minste har syltetøy til vaflene de serverer og at det er nok bestikk gjennom hele frokosten, spesielt siden de bruker engangsbestikk. Parkeringsmulighetene var bra og personalet i resepsjonen hyggelig.»
