«We had a lovely short break in this charming cottage. The location is one of the best on the island, down a very quiet track with views out to the estuary and a short walk down to the harbour. Cottage was well equipped and has been renovated to a high spec. Steps upstairs are steep, reflecting how old the property is, so won’t suit anyone with mobility issues, but fine for us - just added to the character of the property. Would love to return!»

«We loved this traditional old style hotel and the staff. However dinner was a little bit of a let down I had scallops which were cooked well a served beautifully my wife had a seafood cocktail straight out of the 70,s unfortunately! Followed by a line caught tuna salad , line caught in a tin ! I had venison steak which was cooked very well but served with shop bought skin on fries . The price we paid I would have expected better very disappointed Breakfast was lovely»
