«stay was pleasant. the balcony door was not easy to operate, the hwy noise was disruptive, not having an outlet near the bed was annoying and the constant beeping of the alarm in the main entry area needs to be fixed.check in/out was smooth, room was clean and cool. great location.»

«We enjoyed our stay. Lots to see from the balcony where we enjoyed early morning coffee and late night beverages. There were a few basic items we felt were missing such as a kettle and salt and pepper. Would certainly stay again.»

«Floors were not well cleaned, and the furniture was well used and not very comfortable. The location is not ideal for sight seeing, there is no grass/ playground for children to play in, and the place is right by a high traffic area so you hear the vehicle noise constantly. With all that said, the host was easy to get ahold of, they communicated well and seemed very polite. If you want seafood, this location is right next to a very popular restaurant/ bar. »

«This condo was nice and easy to get into to at Merritt Island. The listing stated “Luxury River Front Condo”. I would state is at a 2 bedroom condo overlooking the airstrip. We never had a full view of the river and would watch airplanes come and go all day long. The beds were a platform bed, very low, and only one mattress which made it hard for an adult over 60 to get in and out of bed. It would have been nice to have a mid-week towel replenish service as well as a garbage service. »
