B&B i Merrimack Valley

«Beautiful rooms. Just a challenge with having no onsite staff (all via online system). Highly recommend.»

«Stayed in the Dawn Room. Easy check-in/check-out, on site parking and plenty of free street parking. Bed was very comfortable, excellent shower. Super cute room. Very comfortable stay. The Honey Cup cafe was close, less than 5 min walk and nice to have a 12 credit to use daily. The onsite restaurant was booked for the time that I stayed there. The food smelled amazing and sounded like the lucky 12 people that secured a seat at the table were having a great time. Dinner wrapped by 9:30 pm each ...

«This is a quiet, charming, and well maintained, historic B&B, that provided a quaint New England experience. Excellent communication on the front end for check in procedures and adequate parking despite being a late arrival we're a huge plus! The breakfast was freshly prepared and quite delicious, served in a beautiful day room setting! I know the Innkeeper was busy, but it would be nice for her to spend a little time getting to know her guests and be a little less matter of fact.»

«Very accommodating charming Inn. Old, but clean.»

«The room was large & clean, plenty of parking with easy in & out, & breakfast offered a number of options. Staff were friendly, very helpful regarding places to eat, and answering questions. The decor was a bit dated, which was not a negative for us.»

«Great authentic new england house. Warm Cosy Clean Rockport great Note:everywhere shuts early apart from fish tavern(good bar and food). 5min walk to town 10-15 min walk to T station»

«This property is the iconic lake area get away . Staff was welcoming and fun , the restaurant and bar are serving great food and drinks . The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also delicious. Lovely outside veranda deck :)»

«Fantastic homemade breakfast Wonderful host»

«Very clean and cozy room. The inn keeper was so nice and welcoming. Such a great experience staying here. Parking was fine, we went when there was a festival downtown but once that cleared out we got parking right behind the building. Restaurant on the site looked amazing, but I ended up getting a to go breakfast right next door. Amazing location, amazing place. 10/10!»

«Easy to find property, very communicative Inn Keepers. My wife and I were very pleased with how peaceful and quiet the entire area was even during Halloween. Love the town of Rockport would definitely book again! Side note the room we had (not sure about others) is not individually climate controlled. Either open the windows or don’t. But overall an amazing stay and vacation for us!»

«Hotel was fine. Pretty basic for the price. Breakfast was fair. Beautiful location with a long paved waterfront walk that leads to a state park or into town for a bite to eat. Pretty quiet but nothing special for the cost.»
