"The rental was very clean. A very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped. A very nice place for money. Especially like the no pet policy. The only improvement would be is for the neighbors next to driveway to do some outdoor cleanup. Time permitting it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the available fire pit and grill. "We had a 2 night stay. We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. I loved the kitchen and the double laundry machines. The king bed was super comfy. It was clean… the bedding was fresh. It was stocked decent. I had a pet and she had fun zooming around the backyard. My girls enjoyed watching the tv and playing with the toys from the toy cabinet. "This is a great location to downtown in a nice neighborhood. The home was tastefully renovated with modern amenities provided. The bed was super comfortable too. We arrived at night, in the rain and didn’t realize the garage was around the corner from the home. We parked in front of the house and ended up with a $30 parking citation. This information was noted in the house rules binder that we found the day we were checking out inside the coffee table drawer. Might be a good idea to list this...

"House suited our needs for a place to sleep while attending an event at SVSU. Beds were comfortable and house looked very clean. Smell in the house was overpowering and not good though. Listed kitchen basics as part of the listing but missing things like sugar and an ice cube tray which i would expect when basics were listed. Probably would not atay there again, but outsode those small things it was managed well and covered what we needed it to for the couple days we stayed."
