«Our family had a lovely time, good amenities and lots of room for activities.»

«This was a last minute booking after other plans fell through. We were very comfortable for the one night we were there. The place was clean, with some thoughtful touches such as snacks and Netflix. There was a slight smoke odor, which we quickly got used to and it didn't bother us, but some people might be more sensitive. The location was convenient as well. We didn't really use the kitchen, but everything appeared to be in working order. We would consider staying there again if in the area in ...

«The smell of mildue or mold, cob webs in the corners of each room condiment old or bad fridge was leaking and covered up with a towel, main lock strike plate was missing and only secured with wood trim we did not feel safe as for the door could have been forced open easily, one bedroom was a pull out bed not a bed no face soap only shampoo, walk way and drive way where cracked broken and unever causing a trip hazard, hot water temperature was scolding hot»

«Cute house and easily accessible to everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again.»

«This place was amazing! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys ages 16 and 11). The hosts went above and beyond in creating a comfortable environment. My boys were disappointed to leave. And the host was super supportive in helping me retrieve an item I accidentally left behind. This was a fantastic stay in a great location. We highly recommend it!»

«We came into town from Ohio for a family reunion. This house was perfect for my children to have a Kansas experience. The host was very easy to communicate with and welcomed us with fresh farm eggs and corn. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We even used the grill. I really enjoyed sitting outside both mornings and nights and listening to nature. We are planning on coming back next year.»

«We loved it. Such a beautiful home and very clean! The host was very sweet. We will absolutely remember this for our next trip to visit family!»

«The location was fantastic. We walked to David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium for a football game. The place is perfect for 2 people, anymore than that might be a bit tight. Prompt communication throughout our stay.»

«We had an awesome stay for Mom's weekend at KU. We will definitely be back!»

«The space was perfect for our group of nine. The beds could be upgraded: Creeky frames and uncomfortable mattresses.»

«The house was very clean and everything seemed updated and worked well.»

«Nice place, the master bathroom/bedroom was great. Total Lawrence vibe and real close to Mass street area.»

«Beautiful property! Highly recommended.»

«Excellent accommodations in spacious home with fenced backyard in quiet neighborhood. The expresso and coffee makers around the home are a nice touch. Perfect also if traveling with a pet. »

«Great location! This property is amazing, clean, perfect location, especially for KU football games, and has plenty of room for socializing at the home. No ensuite bathrooms and only 2 showers but we didn't have a problem with is. The host was easy to work with and had great communication....they even had some sweet treats and waters available on check in. We will stay again!»
