«We had a lovely stay at el parasaio capitan Fernando. The location was a little ways away from the center of Chelem, which made it quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and safe. The studio was very cute and we upgraded to the condo, which we enjoyed. The building has a generator, which is helpful when the electricity goes out in the town. The host was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool and you can also go out to the sea. I would stay there again. Highly recommend.»

«Although the house was nice and the people who ran it were nice, the plumbing did not work for half the trip. We picked this spot so we could cook our own meals, but as it turned out, we couldn't because there was no water or no hot water for 3 of the 6 days. Of course that meant no showers or flushing toilets as well which is a problem in the heat of Mexico. The owner sent plumbers to fix the problem on two days but as it turns out the neighbourhood infrastructure cannot support the water ...
