«The space and layout were exactly what we were looking for, very satisfied. Very clean, our only issue was the door lock, we’ve had many rentals with the same and similar locks, I feel maybe this on is worn out possibly. That was our only issue, I would definitely recommend.»

«The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. «We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. All four bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, I loved the soaking tub in the master bath. The mattresses are all memory foam, and my son loved sleeping in the bunk bed. Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe.
