«This Hotel was in a central location. Brewery right across the street with grat food. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We showed up 30 minutes after breakfast time and Terry made sure we still got fed. I noticed later in the day after we had left that I lost one of my AirPod in the bed. I called right away and the gentleman told me that he would leave a message with housekeeping. I am now back home, 1900 miles away. I ...

«You can tell this was once a beautiful place. It is very tired now. Pealing wall paper, worn out furniture, paint coming off walls and ceilings and even tattered lace curtains on the windows. Could be beautiful again but would take a large amount of money and work.»

«The didn't have open the water park during our stay and was we werevery disappointed.»

«Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. «My favorite hotel stay to date. Clean, comfortable room. Free 24/7 coffee & tea in the lobby. Plus, coffee makers in the rooms, microwaves, and refrigerators. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Top of the line exercise equipment in the fitness room. And absolutely LOVE that there were Beekman 1802 soap, bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner for ...

«Great place very nice will stay again; poor cell signal in area.»

«Checkout is noon. They started knocking at 11 then every 15 minutes until we left.»

«This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.»

«this would be a location where you just want to get a night's sleep. Cheap amenities, small TV with incomplete list of channel selections.»
