Hoteller nær Menanteau Lake

«The staff was more interested in talking among themselves rather than servicing the clients. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Too few seatfor such a large hotel. The staff could not supply sufficient food so you had to take something from the little that was left.»

«The hotel had large rooms but our room smelled bad and there were stains on the couch. The breakfast was pretty bad. Overall not the best value for money.»

«Had been advertised as having a hot tub but it did not. Pool closed for winter. Room was nice but was missing the tea and coffee which was unfortunate as I really wanted a coffee in the morning without having to go to the front desk. We did like there were cutlery and dishes and microwave and toaster oven. That was convenient and helpful. Staff were nice»

The onsite restaurant was great, it had many meal size options and variety. ...

«Scott’s Inn and Suites is truly a hidden gem! Although the property is a little older, it appears to have been renovated and is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The three-bedroom suite was perfect for a trip with my mom and aunt, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The real standout, though, was the staff! They were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. Exceptional customer service can make all the difference, ...

«My TV screen is broken. They won’t give me another TV or room, saying fully booked. But I see there are rooms online. Beds are sunken in the Center. Property is old looking. Jacuzzi not working. Used to be a nice place.»
