«We have now stayed 2 nights at this nice house. We were 6 people and so much space. We used the house as a base for travelling around. We loved the lasagne that We orded form from the owner. We all would recomend this house.»

«Plenty of room for everyone and stunning views of Lake Como! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a day of exploring Varenna and Menaggio. Comfortable beds, and Cinzia was a delight to work with! She provided restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! «This is a great location in the central lake area. Close enough to to more touristy areas, but more like a local neighborhood. Near to the Lenno boat which has regular service in central lake area. We had 9 adults, 3 couples and 3 singles, and more than enough room for everyone (singles had their own room) Four floors, with parking and sauna room at street level (basement) with an elevator. Pretty sound proof between the rooms and hall areas. Beautiful view from the patio off of the living ...

«Great location and walking distance to small market, bakery, shops and restaurants. Views were amazing and the Villas was very nice and met our needs. Manager was very accommodating. We did have to pay for Parking, but it was in a Parking structure right next door.»

«Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors. «We had a lovely time watching the moon rise over the mountain each night from one of several balconies in the house. Our host was very responsive and helpful. «This is a WOW property upon arrival in a great area. Andrea, the property manager was incredibly responsive before our arrive and during. You arrive to open a large garage (had mid size SUV that easily fit) and inside is the private elevator to take you to 3 floor. Floor 0 - very clean garage. Floor 1 - Beautiful bedroom and bathroom with washer (no drier but great drying rack) and a door leading to a covered sitting area overlooking the lake. «Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. We felt crippled when we left.»

«I have to say that the pictures form the hotel was better then "real life". The apartment was clean and big for the four of us. But we got a apartment without a view and wtihout a terasse. The pool was cold and not cleaned, so we couldn´t use that one. The price was good, you get what you pay for, nothing more.»
