Perfect accommodation (especially for Rhodes families)
Exceptional in every way. Walkable to Beale and restaurants -- we also walked to Mud Island but we are adventurous. Host was impeccable. I can’t recommend more highly.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter! Es hat von Beginn an alles gestimmt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wohnung. Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen durch die privaten Badezimmer den notwendigen Abstand gehabt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann an der Mainstreet (50 Meter) direkt in die Tram steigen. Auch fussläufig ist die Bealstreet, das Peabody zu erreichen. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt und das Auto konnten wir in unmittelbarer Nähe im Parkhaus für 17$ pro Tag abstellen. Vom Vermieter haben wir vorab viele Tipps u.a. bezüglich Parken und Essen bekommen. Es war ein gelungenes Wochenende!

Wonderful!
Perfect place to stay in Memphis, beautiful and comfortable. Jon the property owner was very helpful with clear instructions and over all friendliness! Great location, close to trolley stop, walking distance of many attractions and restaurants and just across the street from a park. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Condo
We had a lovely stay with friends in this very stylish and well appointed condo. Communication with the host was always prompt and he provided lots of useful tips on restaurants and getting around town. If our travels every take us to Memphis again we would book this condo again.

Amazing Condo!
Property was absolutely beautiful as shown in listing pictures. Everything we needed was there, and we had no problem finding street parking directly in front of doorway. Though downtown Memphis is a little deserted at this point, the location was great, steps to the trolley on Main Street and a few blocks down to Beale St. Beautifully and stylish furnished throughout, with great communication song the way from owner. Thanks!

Great location!
It was a pleasure staying at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and perfectly located. The Location was walking distance to all the great restaurants, attractions, and bars. If I made any suggestions, it would be to add a television in the second bedroom and hangers in the closet since there wasn’t a dresser in that bedroom. Also, when booking this condo, be mindful of the fact that the bedrooms are above the alley and trash pickup is very noisy in the early mornings. I suggest bringing ear plugs and an eye mask. The blinds are not enough to stop the bright sunlight at sunrise but that shouldn’t stop you from staying at this wonderful location. If we ever return to Memphis, we would definitely stay again. 😊

Memphis stay
The place is highly recommended. Beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is the parking. There is a restaurant below that is busy and takes up most of the metered spaces. You can only park on the metered side - not the park side. There are parking garages close I would recommend. This was a beautiful place that is just as pictured. One of the highlights of our stay!

Perfect Memphis homebase
What a phenomenal location! Close to everything. I am recovering from foot surgery and was able to enjoy the city because of the proximity to the trams. And what an incredible condo!! Everything was beautiful. So clean and comfortable. Great beds & pillows. We couldn’t have asked for anything more nor would be change a single thing. Memphis was a blast
