«Kids swam a bit, they said the water was warm, appeared clean. Staff was kind and yet to the point in the right ways. Maybe we got lucky but the room was very quiet all night»

«I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. «Parking was very good, secure, staff was very nice, even brought us fresh towels at check in! Hard to understand, English wasn’t the best. The TV was poor. They did explain the trick to turning it on. But we didn’t understand them, didn’t want to be rude and keep asking. We did get it on, never got it to change channels, the remote was useless. For the price, we would stay again. It was very clean, bug free. The coffee was wonderful! »

«Check in was quick and had a nice conversation with front desk very friendly staff. Our room was clean, air conditioning and heat worked really well. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast had a lot of variety from fruits, hot breakfast items like biscuits and gravy with bacon, cereals, bagels, toast, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal lots of options. »

«First room we had had a significant water leak. Got moved to Another room that had burn marks on the blankets. Dried blood on the bathroom door. Dried blood on the wall near the table. Exhaust fan did not work properly. Coffee maker was in non-working order. »

«The room was not ready. Coffee spill on the floor in the lobby ignored. Wall tiles missing from the lobby wall in sitting area. The room had multiple paint gouges/scratches. No chair, no iron, no bedside lamps. »

«Our suite was an amazing room. Having filtered water in our room was a wonderful addition. The salt water pool was good for the skin, but was often pretty cold. I wish they would have also had a hot tub to warm up in. Also really liked their nightly tea time. »

«Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. «This entire property seemed to be in massive disrepair. The entire place reeked of marijuana, the ceiling tiles down the hallways were missing chunks and wires were hanging out, all of the walls and doors had scuff marks and chunks missing out of them. The bathroom in our room had massive holes both in the wall, and in the shower, there was unidentified brown stains over the walls, dead flies on the floor, crumbs in the bed, water damage all over the floors and dried gum stuck to the floor. «The first thing you will notice when you pull up to this place is all the junk cars in the parking lot. It is more than a few. It is a lot. Then when you enter the premises the next thing you will notice is the overwhelming scent of marijuana. The building is rundown inside. I did not see a wall that didn’t need cleaned or painted or both. The room was the same. It was clean but run down.
