No Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets:

Pets are allowed, however clean up after them.
No pets allowed on furniture.
Pet markings on furniture and walls will incur an extra fee.

Noise Levels:

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11PM -8AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone and neighbours.

Parties & Events:

Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.

Guests:

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you would like to have additional guests over, please confirm with us in advance.

Cleanliness:

Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it. Clean up after yourself and place trash in the designated bins.
A cleaning fee may apply if the house is left excessively dirty.


Kitchen Use:

Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after preparing meals.
Any damaged or missing items will need to be replaced or compensated.

Respect Neighbors:

Be considerate of the neighbors` privacy and noise levels at all times.

Damages:

You will be held responsible for any damage to the property or its contents. Please report any issues promptly.

Security:
Please lock all windows and doors when leaving the property. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Parking:
Garage Parking is available at the property and side street parking also available.

Emergency Contact:

We do not accept Schoolies bookings.

Cancellations or refunds for insects will not be provided. Insects are part of nature and may occasionally make their way inside. We make efforts to prevent this but cannot always control it. Making sure food is covered, food areas are wiped down during your stay will prevent the likelihood of unwanted insects Insect spray is available under the kitchen sink.
