This superb two-storey, spacious holiday home makes entertaining a breeze with a large open plan kitchen, butler’s pantry and dining area (seating 10). Two living spaces (one on each level) both with smart TV’s and a wonderful theatre room full of classic and modern-day DVD’s offer great indoor entertainment. Superb indoor-outdoor flow is created at the rear of the house to a covered retreat with 6-person glass fenced spa, outdoor blinds, surround sound, outdoor lounge and children’s billiards.

Sunrise Oasis is the ultimate holiday escape! Walk up the rear of the property through the glass pool fence to a landscaped area with soccer nets, solar heated pool, outdoor sun lounges and umbrella, cabana, al fresco dining for 8, undercover outdoor kitchen with sink, bar fridge and plumbed in barbeque!

Designed across two levels, upstairs hosts a queen master retreat featuring a beautiful private balcony overlooking the lush local treetops, large walk in robe, ensuite bathroom with dual shower, dual vanity and separate toilet. On this level is a second bedroom featuring a triple bunk bed (double on bottom/single on top with trundle) and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and walk in robe, adjacent to a rumpus room.

Downstairs hosts two further bedrooms including a double bedroom with single trundle, queen bedroom, main bathroom with freestanding bath, shower and separate toilet, study and large laundry. There is a double lock up garage and off-street parking for a further 2 cars or boat.

Sunrise Oasis welcomes families and is fully fenced and secure for young children.

Luxury Inclusions: Gas ducted heating and cooling throughout, complimentary WiFi, theatre room with 260-inch screen, surround sound and block out electric shutters for the complete movie experience, children’s library, high chair, portacot and toys.

This property accepts small dogs on approval and is fully fenced.

ii. This property is the perfect venue for families and friends, couples, corporate retreats, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
