The doors open out to an extensive undercover outdoor area with new outdoor furniture, new BBQ, ceiling fan and heating providing the perfect place for al fresco dining and entertaining all year round, and creating another living space to spread out. Children will love the large front and rear grassed gardens, with lots of space to play and have fun. There is also an undercover outdoor games area with table tennis and darts to keep everyone entertained!

We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. Capel Sound is a small suburb located on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, situated between Tootgarook and Rosebud overlooking Port Phillip Bay. From Capel Sound you’ll find all the Mornington Peninsula sights are only a short drive away, including beautiful ocean and bay beaches, nature walks, the Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses and wineries. Capel Sound foreshore is a great place to go swimming, you might also like to take a stroll along the picturesque beach dotted with colourful beach boxes. From the Melbourne CBD, it’s about a 1 hour and 15-minute drive to Capel Sound.
